I was referred to Bitter Family Dental Practice by a friend, and as someone who is absolutely terrified of dentists, I don’t make changes lightly. I waited way too long to make an appointment, and now I’m kicking myself for not going sooner. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The office is beautiful, comfortable, and inviting. Everyone I met was kind, caring, and genuinely interested in making sure I felt at ease. Jerome, who did my X-rays and cleaning, was incredible. He was attentive, patient, and very mindful of my fear of dental visits. He constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything he was doing. Dr. Chloe was wonderful. She took the time to walk me through everything she was seeing and explain my treatment options in detail. I appreciated how thorough she was and how much time she spent answering my questions. Isabel, the patient coordinator, was amazing. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and even gave me a tour of the office. In all my years of going to dentists, nobody has ever given me a tour of the practice before. I also want to give a shout-out to the gentleman at the front desk. I believe his name was Phil, although I’m terrible with names. He was so accommodating, kind, and patient while helping me find dates for my follow-up appointments. There were also little touches throughout the visit that made the experience feel more like a spa than a dental appointment. One of my favorites was the warm lavender wax treatment for your hands. It was incredibly relaxing, smelled amazing, and left my hands unbelievably soft. For someone who walks into a dental office with a fair amount of anxiety, details like that make a real difference. What impressed me most was the overall experience. The office has state-of-the-art equipment, thoughtful amenities, and a level of service that honestly surprised me. Every detail feels intentional. I was fully expecting the treatment plan to come with a shocking price tag because everything about this practice feels high-end. When I saw the actual costs, I was pleasantly surprised. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent. If you’re someone who gets anxious about going to the dentist, I cannot recommend Bitter Family Dental Practice enough. They made me feel comfortable, respected, informed, and cared for from beginning to end. I left feeling relieved, grateful, and wondering why I didn’t make the switch years ago.

I’ve been bringing my son here since he was very little, and he truly enjoys coming to his appointments. Dr. Jerry is an excellent dentist who always makes him feel comfortable.
