Dr. He and her entire team are absolutely amazing. I’ve always had a great experience here. Dr. He is attentive, caring, and genuinely warm. I also had a wonderful experience with Delaney, one of the hygienists—my teeth feel and look noticeably better afterwards! The front desk staff are consistently kind, patient, and attentive as well. I highly recommend this office :)

Being a new patient at a dental office can be so intimidating and nerve-racking, and I was absolutely dreading it! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while because I had felt judged, embarrassed, and pressured into treatments at my last dentist, but all that anxiety started to slowly (and cautiously) disappear throughout my appointment at Ballard Dentistry. I am incredibly impressed by and grateful to have found them! They were kind, thorough (in cleaning and with education/info), and I left feeling well taken care of. I know I’m just some person on the internet, but I highly recommend and encourage you to be brave and check them out!! :)

In one visit I’ve felt more comfortable, heard and optimistic in my care at every point in my appointment than I have my whole life receiving dental/medical care. It was quick to get an appointment as well as the follow up for the procedure I’m urgently in need of.
