I developed a toothache overnight. Called Ballard Dentistry as a new patient at 7.05am. I was in the office by 7.30 and home by 8.15, cured. Fantastic service. The receptionist, (Rachel I think) was so great. Popped me right in for the appointment. Dr Streiff is wonderful. Competent, relates to her patients, explains the process and a lovely person. I can’t thank the doctors and staff enough.

Great all around experience! Dentist is super communicative, knows her stuff, and is great at explaining things (had a crown done due to a chipped tooth). Especially awesome with anxiety! Hygienists, dental assistants, and admin staff are hands down my favorite crew too. Did a great job of explaining insurance and it’s clear these people work well together.

My family and I have been patients of Ballard Dentistry for about 4 years now. We are so happy to have found this practice! My kids, who are 8 and 6, are so excited for their visits because they are incredibly comfortable with the staff and have had such great experiences. We never feel pressured to receive services we are not prepared for, and that is so refreshing for a dental office.
