I came to Pragma Dental for a simple cleaning and to establish care, but I was completely blown away by their kindness, competence, and attention to comfort. They went above and beyond to offer multiple options to ensure I was relaxed — options I’ve never seen offered at other dental offices. The space itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. I saw Dr. K and Crystal for my cleaning, and both were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain everything they were doing during the visit, what services the office offers, and what I could expect for future care. I’ve never felt so informed and comfortable during a dental appointment. Crystal was especially sweet and made the whole experience even better. I’m officially a Pragma Dental patient for life! I even left with a super cute care package :)

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over five years and was very nervous, but PRAGMA Dental immediately made me feel comfortable. The office is incredible and offers a comfort menu with options like headphones, warm blankets, Netflix, and even paraffin hand wax. The hygienist was gentle and professional. Dr. Hand was knowledgeable and reassuring with zero judgment. We discussed my concerns and she came up with a treatment plan. My cleaning and exam were painless and efficient! I really appreciated that the led Dentist Dr. Kaylee Ring came and checked in to make sure everything was going well. I had a fantastic experience at this dentist office from start to finish. The entire staff is welcoming, professional, and truly cares about patient comfort. A special shoutout to Allyson, who is absolutely amazing at her job. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is explained clearly and that you feel at ease. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made a huge difference in my visit. I have quite a bit of dental trauma from when I was younger, so going to the dentist has always come with a lot of anxiety and worry due to past experiences. Pragma Dental completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, the space felt more like a spa than a dental office—which immediately helped me feel at ease. As an esthetician, I was genuinely impressed by how calming, spa like, clean, and thoughtfully designed the office is. Gabrielle, the hygienist, was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring. She took her time, checked in with me often, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Gus was just as wonderful—kind, thorough, and very calming. He explained everything clearly without pressure and made me feel heard and respected. This was the first dental visit in a long time where I felt truly safe and cared for. It felt more like a spa than a visit to the dentist, but not in a pretentious way. Hannah was a gem, she made me feel so comfortable and not at all judged. Dr. Kratzer offered to come in early to fit my procedure in before my current insurance expired. This is a stellar group of people who seem to genuinely care about their patients and I have already recommended them to my fiancé as well as other family & friends.
