Comprehensive Family Dentistry is an excellent choice for your family dental needs. The Office gives you a friendly welcome as you sign in, and the wait to get seated is minimal. They also give a reasonable, non irritating reminder of your appointments. The dental assistants and hygienists are friendly, sociable, and they provide a feeling reassuring competence. Dr. Corbin explains procedures well, and has a highly competent care. He is aware of any sensory issues upcoming and explains them well. He explains the diagnostic evidence and why it is needed, and how it will be achieved. They give a financial breakdown of all upcoming procedures and plans. I also got to meet the new dentist joining their team, Dr. Preston Patrick. He was relaxed, easy to talk with, and gave me the reassurance that he was a good choice to join the Office's team!

My husband woke up with a toothache on a Friday about 10 am; we called 3 other dentists, two of which were out of town and the third had you leave a text message and they would get back to you! We called Comprehensive Dental and they immediately looked for a way to work us in and we had an appointment within the hour. Everyone was unbelievably kind and caring; they explain everything up front. My dentist is great but I’m actually thinking of changing!

I have been in the dental field for 10 years in California, and still, moving to another state, you can feel lost about what practice to choose. The office was impeccable, and I do keep a close eye on small details that I would normally notice as a sterilization tech. Everyone from the front office to the back office was incredible, I took my 16 year old son to establish care and I’m so glad I did. I found a practice that I can finally trust, that has the feel of a close family practice. Thank you to the front office for getting us in on such short notice, the hygienist who made us feel comfortable and did a wonderful job cleaning my son’s teeth, and of course, Dr. Corbin and his assistant for the extensive care and knowledge, everyone went above and beyond and have exceeded our expectations.

I was able to get a same day appointment, which was wonderful : I was in pain. The front office staff was friendly and also the lady who did the x-rays and the lady who assisted with my procedure ( Patti) both were very comforting and kind. Dr. Ratzlaff was also kind and comforting. But what I didn't care for was when Dr. Ratzlaff and Patti were doing the procedure , two ladies came to the door and asked if they could see the procedure and they were invited in. Not once was I asked if that was okay. I worked for many years at a Teaching Hospital and the patient was always asked if it was okay for someone else to come in. But what can I say, I'm just the patient. Then comes the treatment plan the young lady who was helping me was explaining the plan as best as she could. I was asking questions and commenting on the plan of treatment. The lady sitting next to her became visually upset and left to discuss me with someone else in the office. I wasn't rude, I was just asking if some of the procedures listed on the plan was necessary. But then what do I know, I'm just the patient.

My dentist of 40 years retired and I felt lost. I found Dr Corbin by chance and I do believe God had a hand in that. I have a facial nerve condition and Dr Corbin works around that with great compassion. The office staff is just as great!
