I have been in the dental field for 10 years in California, and still, moving to another state, you can feel lost about what practice to choose. The office was impeccable, and I do keep a close eye on small details that I would normally notice as a sterilization tech. Everyone from the front office to the back office was incredible, I took my 16 year old son to establish care and I’m so glad I did. I found a practice that I can finally trust, that has the feel of a close family practice. Thank you to the front office for getting us in on such short notice, the hygienist who made us feel comfortable and did a wonderful job cleaning my son’s teeth, and of course, Dr. Corbin and his assistant for the extensive care and knowledge, everyone went above and beyond and have exceeded our expectations.

I was able to get a same day appointment, which was wonderful : I was in pain. The front office staff was friendly and also the lady who did the x-rays and the lady who assisted with my procedure ( Patti) both were very comforting and kind. Dr. Ratzlaff was also kind and comforting. But what I didn't care for was when Dr. Ratzlaff and Patti were doing the procedure , two ladies came to the door and asked if they could see the procedure and they were invited in. Not once was I asked if that was okay. I worked for many years at a Teaching Hospital and the patient was always asked if it was okay for someone else to come in. But what can I say, I'm just the patient. Then comes the treatment plan the young lady who was helping me was explaining the plan as best as she could. I was asking questions and commenting on the plan of treatment. The lady sitting next to her became visually upset and left to discuss me with someone else in the office. I wasn't rude, I was just asking if some of the procedures listed on the plan was necessary. But then what do I know, I'm just the patient.

Excellent and gentle care by Dr Corbin. Stephanie is wonderful, gentle and caring. Office staff is efficient and friendly. The clinic is spotless clean. Highly recommend.

This office is excellent. The staff are all kind and reassuring, they answer all your questions. Dr Corbin is thoughtful and guides you through the procedure. He doesn’t rush you through, and he explains everything he is doing.

So happy with my experience here today. They are very nice and gentle. I was nervous about going since it has been years without going to a dentist and I have had some pain. They did an excellent job with me and my teeth, and were very cautious in case of discomfort or pain. Very happy to have found them and thankful.
