Had a great experience with Dr. Hernandez and all the stuff at PB smile studio. All the staff was super friendly and Dr Hernandez was very informative! Overall, I had a great experience from the moment I was booking my appointment over the phone til I left the office. I deeply appreciated the warmth, kindness of all the staff I interacted with today at my appointment. I came into this appointment with a sense of personal shame & embarrassment about the state of my mouth and was nervous about returning to "regular" dental care, but the staff made me feel so comfortable with no whiff of judgement whatsoever. Everything they explained pertaining to the state of my oral health, the reasons for the selection of treatments, and expectations for insurance was communicated with great clarity. I also found their treatment plan quite affordable compared to my last dental experience. Dr Hernandez and his team provide excellent service and care! They are so friendly and welcoming. I have been seeing Dr Hernandez for over four years now and he is so gentle with excellent attention to detail and explains everything he is doing. The hot towel at the end of the visit is amazing !
