Tiffany was very professional, informative, professional an absolute pleasure. Definitely and asset to any team and makes it a pleasure to visit the office. Heather is wonder as well. Awesome personality and does a great job. Front desk could be a little more friendly and welcoming. Room for improvement. I would say just put a smile on your face . But had a great experience other wise.

Absolutely horrible I was so upset I wasted time from work trying to deal with this place today. Not only was the lady at the front desk not helpful at all, she was also very rude. I scheduled an appointment online for services other than cleaning when I arrived I was informed they do not have anyone Tuesday's and Friday's for other services. (I feel like letting clients know before hand would be a little more professional. As I wasted 2 hours from work hoping to get service's done that I now have to turn around and find else where) Back to the lady at the front desk, very rude and not helpful. It took me more time trying to find the suite than she did to help me. She had a horrible attitude and appeared uninterested in helping me resolve this issue and just trying to get me right back out the door. The experience with the lady at the front desk was enough for me to never pursue coming here again. Do better, be better. Unacceptable.

My experiences with this practice were fine in the beginning. I actually think the dental hygienist is very good. But I’ve learned that this practice is hiring a lot of dentists as 1099s. You don’t see or know who is performing your service. The doc I had was incompetent for a simple replacement of an old filling. It was an awful experience that took over two hours. A filling replacemet should be 45 minutes at the max.I already strongly dislike the dentist and this made it so much worse. The back office administration of this practice is ridiculously inadequate. Tried to schedule Invisalign treatment on three separate occasions and they couldn’t even return calls to get that done. I’ve called and left messages with Fatima on three separate occasions for accounting to return my call. As of this review, no return call but sent me a bill for services I need to confirm. This place is a mess. So, if you are not looking for this type of experience incompetence - I suggest you find another practice. Whoever responded to this review as the “owner”, I’ve called and left multiple messages with the receptionist. Your accounting staff doesn’t return calls.

I stumbled upon Esthetique when having a dental emergency and they did not hesitate to fit me into their schedule and address the emergency. That was great, but the best thing I can say about this dentistry is the staff are some of the most amazing and kind people I've encountered. They never made me feel unwelcome, or apprehensive about the follow up work that was too be done. Each subsequent visit I've made for additional work - due to me not taking care of my dental health for the better part of 3 decades - was always met with smiles and grace given to me. You can sense that they genuinely care about their patients. I've not only experienced this myself - but seeing how they interact with other patients, and the staff amongst themselves, really let's me know I'm in good hands. Highly recommended!!!

Cleaning went super smooth with no discomfort. Had to wait like 10 mins to be cleaned or would have rated higher. Would highly recommend.
