Tiffany was very professional, informative, professional an absolute pleasure. Definitely and asset to any team and makes it a pleasure to visit the office. Heather is wonder as well. Awesome personality and does a great job. Front desk could be a little more friendly and welcoming. Room for improvement. I would say just put a smile on your face . But had a great experience other wise.

I stumbled upon Esthetique when having a dental emergency and they did not hesitate to fit me into their schedule and address the emergency. That was great, but the best thing I can say about this dentistry is the staff are some of the most amazing and kind people I've encountered. They never made me feel unwelcome, or apprehensive about the follow up work that was too be done. Each subsequent visit I've made for additional work - due to me not taking care of my dental health for the better part of 3 decades - was always met with smiles and grace given to me. You can sense that they genuinely care about their patients. I've not only experienced this myself - but seeing how they interact with other patients, and the staff amongst themselves, really let's me know I'm in good hands. Highly recommended!!!

Cleaning went super smooth with no discomfort. Had to wait like 10 mins to be cleaned or would have rated higher. Would highly recommend.

My dental visit was very pleasant today, 8/21/25. I had service that day and as usual it was great. I also had appointments scheduled that had to be canceled due to lack of information pertaining to how much my insurance coverage would be and the amount I was due to pay out of my pocket. That amount was way too much with having two insurance policies. I didn't realize it at the time before making a payment of $4,289, trying to get ahead of the bill. I have waited and called several times asking for a refund and have not had any success. The young lady that I initially worked with is no llonger there. The new young lady isn't clear on how to resolve this issue and is referring me to billing. I am not tring to bad mouth the business but am just trying to get a refund since I didn't have the work done.

10/9/2025 came in today for teeth cleaning and Heather was amazing. Need more ppl like her . The young lady that helped me is always nice and helpful. She is the reason I stay with this dentist. She is like an assistant to the dentist.
