I’ve had many dental procedures for serious issues, but my most recent visit to Monocacy River Dental (my second with them) was not only the most advanced, but also the most informative. I can honestly say that Barbara and Dr. Burgess spent more time answering my questions and educating me than actually working on my teeth—and they did that exceptionally well. I absolutely recommend them.

I absolutely loved the staff. Very kind, and caring. The office was beautiful, and very clean. I was very impressed. Definitely giving an extra shout out to Mackenzie for setting me up. ❤️😀

The office is very clean and spacious with a warm, friendly atmosphere. Barbara was extremely thorough and took her time explaining each step of the process. I would highly recommend this practice

I had a really bad experience and would never recommend this dental practice. They sent a flyer to our home advertising X-rays and cleaning for $79, which is very misleading. We have dental insurance, and once they realized that, they billed the insurance over $500 for what was supposed to be a simple cleaning — for a 9-year-old child, not even an adult. On top of that, they charged an extra $40 for fluoride, without clearly explaining the cost beforehand. This feels extremely deceptive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the facility itself is very uncomfortable and not kid-friendly at all, which made the entire experience even more unpleasant for my kids and I. If you are considering this office, ask for exact prices upfront, especially if you have insurance. What they advertise is not what you end up being charged.

Everybody in the office was super nice professional, but still having some laughs. And don't get me started on the dental assistant Asia. Bravo, awesome fabulous, you're something special young Lady. I would recommend having your dental care taken care of by Moncacy River !
