I really like the customer service that this office provides. They have great bedside manner especially the doctor. He is very quick, straight to the point, gives you options, and does not pressure you. I have referred my Co worker here, my family and my dad and they all love this practice.

Time that I walked into the office and to the time that I left they were super friendly. I have a fear of the dentist and they made it so easy when I went to my appointment, my anxiety was on 10. When my hygienist came in , she was so down to earth and so funny . She was explaining things she was explaining it not as a hygienist, but from her personal experience.And that meant the world to me.

Avoid avoid avoid, after searching for a dentist in the Frederick area this is the worst one yet. It took them five visits and 3 attempts to make one simple partial plate. Although the staff were professional and courteous the dentist, Kerry Burgess was not although at first he was the friendliest person you would ever want to meet. But once the mishaps started occurring he became unraveled and eventually gave up because he said it was costing too much, but these were his mistakes. What I ordered in the beginning and what I kept getting did not line up. So avoid avoid avoid.

Love the staff, they are all very welcoming and helpful. My Hygienist, Kayla, did an excellent job being very gentle with putting in the bite wings for X-rays. She was also careful while cleaning my teeth. I did not experience any discomfort during my visit with my sensitive teeth and mild gum recession.
