My partner and I are both new patients at PearlFection Dentistry, and we both had a great experience during our first appointments. The new patient process was very easy, and the front desk staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Dental assistant Pura was especially friendly and made the process feel easy and comfortable for me, especially since I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a while. Dr. Stringer was great as well and explained any issues they found in a way that was easy to understand without feeling overwhelming. The entire PearlFection team strikes a great balance of being friendly and personable while still maintaining a very professional atmosphere. For anyone with dental anxiety like us, the environment here really helps put those fears at ease. It’s also really convenient that they offer orthodontics, dental surgery, and more all in one place. Highly recommend PearlFection Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist, first-time patients, or anyone trying to get back on track with their dental health. Also want to add that I love the design of the treatment rooms are lovely! They have these big great windows allowing natural light, doesn’t give that “cold” doctor’s office feeling.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Frederick. What I love about Pearlfection, is it’s clean, they have wonderful staff, And they do a great job on my cleanings. Yesterday I had an appointment I showed up about 10 minutes early and my dental hygienist, Danielle took me right back. She Did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! She was the best!! You can trust the dentist that they are watching your teeth and giving you the best care.

I've been going to Perfection Dentistry since after COVID when my former dentist decided to retire. I was not looking forward to finding a new one. And when you have a dental history like mine, having a "team" is reassuring. What I like about Perfection Dentistry is that everyone is in one place. I won't go into the massive details, but coordinating my care between different specialists is a huge convenience. Dr. Tigani and Meredith have been great with my braces, retainers and the ongoing process.Dr. Pashai has given me straight-up advice about the multiple crowns I need to plan for. Dr. Leon-Guerrero did a surprisingly non-traumatic root canal (It was something I never wanted to go through again after a previous one in my younger years). Dr. Badakhshan followed up with the crown. The doctors, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and staff on most every occasion have been thoughtful, professional, and respectful of my concerns. Huge for me. The only challenge I've ever had was with my insurance.
