⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience with Dr. Rosacker and his team has been exceptional. My daughter, Bianca, has special needs and requires dental treatment with sedation. For quite some time, we searched for a dentist who truly understands and accommodates patients with special needs, and after many unsuccessful attempts, we finally found this office through a Google search. During our meeting, Dr. Rosacker took the time to ask thoughtful and thorough questions to better understand Bianca, her unique needs, and the dental care she requires. His compassionate and patient-centered approach immediately put us at ease and gave us confidence that Bianca was in the right hands. Dr. Rosacker also connected us with Elena, the sedation coordinator, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. Elena informed us that Bianca’s dental coverage had been approved and that we could move forward with scheduling her treatment as soon as possible. The experience we have had so far has been incredibly encouraging. For the first time, we truly feel that we have found a dental team that understands the challenges faced by individuals with special needs and is committed to providing them with the care they deserve. We are very grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and support we have received and look forward to continuing Bianca’s care with this team. My partner and I are both new patients at PearlFection Dentistry, and we both had a great experience during our first appointments. The new patient process was very easy, and the front desk staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Dental assistant Pura was especially friendly and made the process feel easy and comfortable for me, especially since I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a while. Dr. Stringer was great as well and explained any issues they found in a way that was easy to understand without feeling overwhelming. The entire PearlFection team strikes a great balance of being friendly and personable while still maintaining a very professional atmosphere. For anyone with dental anxiety like us, the environment here really helps put those fears at ease. It’s also really convenient that they offer orthodontics, dental surgery, and more all in one place. Highly recommend PearlFection Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist, first-time patients, or anyone trying to get back on track with their dental health. Also want to add that I love the design of the treatment rooms are lovely! They have these big great windows allowing natural light, doesn’t give that “cold” doctor’s office feeling.

This place is like a total umbrella of dental care with multiple disciplines under one roof like general dentistry to oral surgery. I had taken my disabled adult daughter with severe health problems and she was seen by Dr. Avillo who had served in the Navy with distinction for over 25 years. He and his staff were extremely helpful in evaluating my daughter's dental needs. Because of her health conditions she has to go to a hospital nearby for oral surgery. Ms. Elena, billing specialist in this office personally took time to explain to me the dental treatment plan and our responsibility very clearly. In my experince Ms. Elena is very knowledgeable in the area of complex issues governed by Medicaid and Medicare. I am totally satisfied with staff, dental surgeon and the owner of this business. The owner is amazingly a nice business man with unwavering dedication to excellent patient care.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Frederick. What I love about Pearlfection, is it’s clean, they have wonderful staff, And they do a great job on my cleanings. Yesterday I had an appointment I showed up about 10 minutes early and my dental hygienist, Danielle took me right back. She Did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! She was the best!! You can trust the dentist that they are watching your teeth and giving you the best care.
