We had a great experience with Nuvia. The team was professional, friendly, and, most importantly, open and honest throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never pressured us into unnecessary services. It was refreshing to work with a company that genuinely puts the customer’s needs first and won’t charge you unless it is truly necessary. As an added touch, they even gave us shirts and a gift card during the visit, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We highly recommend Nuvia to anyone looking for trustworthy, customer-focused service!

I was most impressed with Nuvia Dental Implant Center. The professionalism and honesty from the doctors were greatly appreciated and unlike what I experienced at other clinics in the Nashville area. While other clinics advised me I could move forward with the full procedure, Nuvia gave me a much clearer understanding of what I needed and what I didn’t. They recommended a simpler and less costly procedure. They truly have the patient’s best interest at heart! I highly recommend Nuvvia Implant Center for anyone considering implants.

I had to get in to the Nuvia office because one of my back teeth on my upper arch broke. Saw Dr Tao who was just AWESOME and knew just what needed to be done to make the new arch fit better!!! His assistant that day was also top notch! The entire staff was amazing and made this a great experience!

I came in with my aunt to get her consultation done, Andrea was very informative, helpful, and stylish lolll. The front desk was super kind and we would totally recommend checking them out if you’re looking to get permanent teeth! We Didn’t leave with any questions or concerns, they left no stone unturned! In response to Nuvia reply: Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. Not once has any issue ever been resolved while I was there. You expect me to just give you kuddos like you did me a favor. I PAID you do do a job which is horrible. Never in my life have I been lied to by a business like I was there. Absolutely inexcusable all around. The staff was nice except one who was beyond rude and was NEVER addressed like I was told would be. Why should anyone ever trust any of you again? However, I will call on Thursday and just see what you have to say as I am busy tomorrow. I wouldn't recommend Nuvia to replace teeth on a child's doll. I left the last time with the doctor telling me that I had a gummy smile to which I replied, I didn't use to. I advised that I couldn't bite through a pickle because they were so dull to which the assistant said Oh, we've never heard that before, we've had people say that they are too sharp... Nothing ever done to address my problems so I have never gone back. I told them upfront that I drink tea & coffee and asked if that will stain them and was told no, as long as I brush them at least twice daily that they won't stain which is a blatant lie. I hardly eat anymore as food packs into the huge gap between my gums & teeth so much that it is beyond uncomfortable. I was originally told that all I have to do is come back once a year to have them checked and cleaned. Found out later that I have to go to a specialist to have them cleaned twice a year. I should have been told this up front as I would not have gotten these horrible teeth. I was Never told that I would have metal bars on the top of both sides and a plastic piece jammed into the roof of my mouth or I would have never gotten them. I could go on for days about how much I was lied to... They also will NOT let you post anything negative at all on their little Facebook Smilemakers club which is a massive sign of deception on their part. Stay away from this horrible place.
