We had a great experience with Nuvia. The team was professional, friendly, and, most importantly, open and honest throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never pressured us into unnecessary services. It was refreshing to work with a company that genuinely puts the customer’s needs first and won’t charge you unless it is truly necessary.
As an added touch, they even gave us shirts and a gift card during the visit, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We highly recommend Nuvia to anyone looking for trustworthy, customer-focused service!
I didn’t have the procedure, but I brought a patient here for the procedure and everyone here was so friendly and helpful and they helped me out a few times. I couldn’t find my van and they helped me find it. They took care of the patient in a great way, everything went smooth in a timely manner. I can’t say enough about the group of people we worked with.
I was most impressed with Nuvia Dental Implant Center. The professionalism and honesty from the doctors were greatly appreciated and unlike what I experienced at other clinics in the Nashville area. While other clinics advised me I could move forward with the full procedure, Nuvia gave me a much clearer understanding of what I needed and what I didn’t. They recommended a simpler and less costly procedure. They truly have the patient’s best interest at heart! I highly recommend Nuvvia Implant Center for anyone considering implants.
Had a consultation for a full month restoration today and the staff was amazing. Turns out I do not need a full restoration which speaks highly for Nuvia as they were honest instead of performing a needless procedure for their financial gain only. Highly recommend Nuvia and if a full restoration does become something I need, this is the only place I will consider!!
Wonderful experience. After having hyperemesis with all 4 of my children and the pull of calcium from my teeth in pregnancy, I was tired of constantly being in a dental chair. Nuvia was so honest, telling me they'd be doing me a disservice pulling all my teeth and doing full implants. They suggested another company for single implants because of the good health of the teeth I still have. Can't thank them enough!
