My go to place in Chicago! Have been coming here for my dental cleanups and other needs since 2022. Like most people I dread going to the dentist but just had the most phenomenal experience with Becky!! Not only did she walk me through what an ideal dental care routine should look like but was also super thorough, extremely attentive and sensitive throughout the cleanup appointment. Without exaggeration my best dental hygiene experience ever! Becky you're a rockstar!!

Very good dentist and technician. T was really friendly and made me feel comfortable, even though i have a lot of nervousness with dental procedures. The dentist was really good as well. I would recommend Downtown Dental. I’ve always been happy with their service.

Been patient here for 14 years. I have seen a variety of dentists and dental hygienists. All of them have been very nice and easy to work with. I appreciate the efficiency of the practice (I've never had to wait long for my appointment to start because they seem to keep things running on time very well ) so it's easy to fit in around my work day.

Downtown Dental is very quick and always has appointments available. The staff are always pleasant to work with and very gentle with your teeth. The Dentists seem like they’re in a hurry to get to the next patient if you’re just there for a cleaning, but that has been similar to other dental offices I have been to. Unfortunately, the billing dept leaves a lot to be desired. They sometimes charge me for things that are covered by my insurance, like fluoride treatments. In general, they have a lot of hidden little fees that just leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Dr. Tosiou and T were incredibly kind and reassuring bc I was TERRIFIED as I've had negative experiences with other dentists (not here, elsewhere). She walked me through everything that was going to happen before it happened. She ensured I was not in any pain, and her demeanor was calm and professional. I hope she will be my dentist for a long time. Highly recommend.
