My experience was excellent! The entire team was welcoming, professional, and transparent throughout my cleaning and visit. The doctor did a fantastic job and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received. Very disappointed with this office during my visit last Thursday. I had to switch to this office because my dentist has had an emergency with his office for months. (1) The Dr was good with his processional opinions but the teeth cleaning should have been done by sb else. I had to stop midway as it was hurting. It never happened in my life during a teeth cleaning session but this time water was all over my face & neck. I came for teeth cleaning and I left with my teeth not cleaned at all. (2) The office gave me sensitive toothpaste that expired Nov 2024 (pictures attached), & it is June 2026 now. Unbelievable. (3) They asked for my opinions & for the next visit before I left, I didn’t want to say a word, thinking ‘just don’t come back here any more’, & I didn’t want to set up any appointment. Last Friday, I received a text message that I have the next appointment set up in December without my permission/consent.

I had a great experience with this dental office. The customer service is excellent, and the quality of care is outstanding. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always make you feel comfortable during your visit. My entire family comes here, and we have all been very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate dental care.

Three Years of Billing Disputes, Broken Promises, and Dismissive Care After three years as patients and over $10,000 paid to this practice, I feel a responsibility to share our experience so others can make an informed decision. Billing inconsistency: On multiple occasions, we were quoted one price and charged significantly more. When we raised these discrepancies, we were told the staff member who gave the original quote no longer worked there. This happened repeatedly. The front desk has extremely high turnover, and when there is a problem, there is nobody left who can be held accountable. No warranty on completed work: Dr. Solanki performed an implant on my wife that developed issues. When we returned to have it corrected, we were charged additional fees. Most dental practices stand behind their work within a reasonable timeframe — this one does not. We've had work done by other dentists in Philadelphia and never encountered this problem. Dismissive bedside manner, particularly toward women: My wife's concerns were consistently minimized or dismissed by Dr. Solanki. I had to accompany her to appointments specifically to validate what she was experiencing before it would be taken seriously. This happened more than once, and the pattern was clear. Bottom line: The office presents well and has positive reviews, but our sustained experience over three years tells a different story. If you're considering this practice, get everything — every quote, every commitment — in writing before proceeding, and understand that if something goes wrong with your care, you may be on your own. There are many excellent dental practices in Philadelphia. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The office manager Dee was so friendly and accommodating and explained all of the charges so clearly when I was getting my new night guard. The dental hygienist who completed my cleaning as well as the dentist who did my exam were both wonderful and incredibly friendly as well. As someone who has had not great experiences with past dentist appointments, this was truly wonderful.
