Dr. Costello is a great dentist! I can be rather anxious, and he is always very patient with me. I've also seen Dr. Senych and she is great, as well. The hygienists, assistants, and front desk employees are all very kind and friendly.

This was my first time at this dental practice. Dr. Costello and his team are incredible. Jenna walked me through the whole process. I had a molar extraction and it was seamless. We just moved to Milwaukee in June and I am so happy that I found them. Kudos to Dr. Costello and his staff! True professionals!

Disappointed with my visit today. In my adolescence, the downtown location was my primary dentist for years, and I always had great interactions with the staff. I scheduled an appointment online for a routine cleaning. Unbeknownst to me, a family member also had an appointment at the same location and time. For some reason, reception couldn’t tell us apart—which is odd, considering I’m a young female and he’s an elderly male. They didn’t schedule his appointment at all, even though he called the day prior to confirm. They only had mine on file, so he was never seen. Once I was called back, I was seen by a dental hygienist who took multiple x-rays of my mouth. The equipment felt outdated compared to other offices I’ve visited and was slightly uncomfortable, but she was kind. I spent about 10 minutes with her before the dentist came in to evaluate my teeth. The doctor spent roughly 10 minutes as well, then stepped out to verify my insurance and discuss a treatment plan. Before she left, I asked whether she’d be doing the cleaning and filling today. Her response was, “If we have time.” The hygienist came back and explained what I’d be charged for both a cleaning and a tooth filling. I asked, “Am I not getting my teeth cleaned today?” She said no—I’d have to come back. I couldn’t help but laugh in disbelief. I’ve only had three cavities in my entire life, including the small one in the back they mentioned. I visit the dentist twice a year and take good care of my teeth, so I don’t require a lot of work. My appointment was at 10:30 a.m., and I didn’t leave until nearly noon. For me, the whole experience felt misleading and like a waste of time. I’ve been to several dental offices in both Illinois and Wisconsin and have never had this happen, even as a new patient. It gave me the impression they intentionally split up services to bill insurance multiple times. I thought I was saving time and effort by going to a location in Milwaukee instead of my usual one in Chicago—but clearly, I’m better off sticking with my Chicago office.

I am one who does not enjoy visits to the dentist. That being said, Dr. Costello and his staff continuously make me feel comfortable and keep me pain-free during my visits. They are accommodating to my schedule and figure out a way to get me in quickly. Dr. Costello is kind and does beautiful work. When I’ve taken a little too much time between visits, they never make me feel bad about it. Seriously the best experience in dentistry I’ve had in my 30 years in Milwaukee. Convenient location, easy parking, excellent care, Amazing Dentist, talented and friendly staff, FIVE STARS all day long

I had a dental cleaning today and I just wanted to express my appreciation. The experience was smooth and very professional from start to finish. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the quality of service. Thank you again for maintaining such a high standard of care — I’m glad to be in good hands!
