in the last weekThe first few visits were excellent. Dr. Singh replaced my crown and handled everything smoothly. Unfortunately, the service started declining after that. Even though I specifically requested to continue seeing Dr. Singh, I was assigned a different doctor at nearly every visit. On one occasion, I had a tongue injury the day before a cleaning appointment, and they refused to reschedule without charging an $85 fee since it was within 24 hours. I also had a very unpleasant cleaning where I left with multiple cuts in my mouth. To make matters worse, the newer doctors began recommending treatments that felt unnecessary; so much so that even the hygienist once advised me to disregard what the doctor had suggested, which I agreed with. It’s disappointing to see the quality decline so much over the past couple of years. I’ve since moved on to another dentist.

3 weeks agoI was able to be seen the same day as a new patient for dental pain. Staff were great starting with the front desk, everyone was friendly and helpful. The providers were also professional, welcoming and great explaining my treatment. Glad to have found this office.

3 months agoI have been a patient of First Hill Dental for years now and have only good things to say about the entire staff. From the time you make an appointment until the time you leave, they place you in the palm of their hand and take such good care of you. Van is a top notch hygienist and Dr. Singh is a brilliant dentist. So grateful for this friendly team of skilled professionals.

2 months agoI had the most amazing experience. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Talking to the front office was a breath of fresh air. I am a bit anxious in the dentist but the dentist assistant made me feel very relaxed evaporating my anxiety. The doctor was also very communicative, open to questions and professional!

2 months agoThe staff was absolutely marvelous! They made me feel comfortable and secure. Hadn't seen a dentist in awhile but they took all the anxiety away.Best part, everyone had a beautiful smile from the time I arrived to the time I left. Amazing and a blessing.
