Dr. Park is the best dentist I’ve ever had in my life! My teeth have never been better since going here. The office management team is attentive and they have super flexible hours. I was able to get my whole cleaning done by 7:40 am! Love it here!

Excellent in every way. Today was my first visit. All “paperwork” was completed via text which is super easy. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Long term teeth health discussed and costs explained. Could not be any better. Stuart C. Deep cleaning was super easy even after years of not going to the dentist. Probably saved my teeth!

I’d avoid this clinic if i were you. Here is my experience, I called ahead for a very simple procedure, reattaching a veneer that fell off. I was clearly quoted $206 on the phone. Another clinic quoted me $260, so I chose this one based on that price. When I arrived, they asked for payment right away. Then mid-procedure, I was told I had to pay an extra $160 with no prior warning and nothing changed they will cement and cure it, i asked on the phone “that’s for the whole procedure” and the lady on the phone said yes. When I explained that their receptionist said the service was included, they denied it. I asked them to pull the call recording, they disappeared for about 10 minutes, then came back and refused to provide it. I do admit & acknowledge tho that the receptionist I talked to on the phone was very nice. However, at that point, I was put in a position where I had no choice but to pay. To be fair, the doctor was nice and did a good job. This issue is entirely with how the front desk handled pricing and communication of it.!I genuinely felt misled and taken advantage of, especially as a visitor to Seattle. Very disappointing experience.

Before I went, I called and asked if there would be a big difference between in network and out of network dentists, with my insurance and I was told it wasn’t too significant. I’ve never used dental insurance in the US before and should have done more research. After my appointment, I was quoted over $7k for all the procedures they recommended. I was shocked and wanted to get a second opinion. My friend insisted I go to an in-network dentist. I requested x-rays that were taken during the visit at Dr.Singhs, and they sent the wrong x-rays (a different patient’s) to me for the new visit, which made my other dentist appointment twice as long. After getting a quote from the new dentist, the new cost of the recommended treatment was under $1000. I should have known about the in-network and out-of-network differences, but I feel like the front desk team were not transparent. I also think they made recommendations that were not necessary.

Great approach. Seemed like excellent dental talent. Lovely style. Unfortunately, the industry is priced way out of the market for people that actually need dental help. That is why people go to other countries. Not a smart way to lose clients. But loved the dental practice
