I can’t recommend this office & Dr. Shayan Memarian enough. From the moment you walk in, the customer service is amazing! Starting with the friendly receptionists and continuing with every single person you interact with. Everyone in the office is welcoming, kind, and makes the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Dr. Memarian helped restore a chipped tooth and take care of a cavity, and in the process helped me avoid what could’ve turned into major pain. She was super thorough, patient, and explained everything clearly without making it overwhelming. I also really appreciated how mindful the staff was of price points and worked with me to find options that made sense financially. On top of that, the office worked with my schedule to get me taken care of ASAP, which I was so grateful for. I had become jaded by apathetic healthcare workers, and hadn’t had a positive experience in quite some time. Because of that, I was skeptical of the office motives when they greeted me respectfully with a smile. I quickly learned it was no facade, they truly were kind & caring people. Overall just a great experience—professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly across the board. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist who actually cares (and is great at their job!!!).

Dr. Seymon Segal is a truly compassionate dentist, and that care shows at every step of the experience. From the front desk to the treatment chair, the entire team is thoughtful and kind—special shoutout to David at reception, and to Carlos and Alejandra for their professionalism and warmth during cleanings. I am getting my Invisalign treatment here and, while I did run into a few issues along the way, Dr. Segal handled everything with integrity. He took the time to listen, step into my treatment plan, and ensure the outcome felt fair—an approach that makes me want to return for future dental care. My complaint is parking, which can sometimes make it hard to arrive exactly on time. That said, the office has always been understanding and accommodating when delays happen. Overall, this is a practice that clearly prioritizes patient care, trust, and long-term relationships. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love it here! And I hate going to the dentist, so that is saying a lot!! They are always so lovely and kind making any last minute emergency appointments and annual scheduling, and they have best procedures with the newest technology and the staff is always amazing! 100/10

One of the best experiences i’ve had at a dentist office! Every person I interacted with was welcoming and intentional with their actions. I received a routine cleaning and they made sure to make me comfortable, showing empathy and being gentle with their movements. They do offer a lot of different cosmetic services but aren’t pushy with them. Parking underneath the office building is paid but you can find street parking nearby. Will be coming back and would recommend to my friends and family!

I had a great experience with Dr. Borna and the dental team. , they were able to see me on a weekend on an emergency. They were thorough and kind walking me through the process. I’m very thankful they were able to see me on such short notice and would recommend this dental practice!
