a month ago100/10, I recommend highly. I came into the Arlington Dental Center a month ago with a lot of cavities and a bad toothache, and the care and service I received from is top tier. All of the staff members are friendly and polite. Dr. Reza really showed me that he cares about my teeth health, and he did an amazing job on my root canal. He also did a good job elaborating the importance of my health and what I need to do vs stop doing moving forward. I definitely will be coming back to this dentist in the future.

2 months agoI am absolutely blown away by how terrible my experience at this practice has been. I moved here from their sister practice, Del Ray Dental Center. A dentist there had been working with me on a course of aligners to correct a gap and a few alignment issues- an expensive treatment that was only partially covered by insurance, and paid fully upfront. That dentist left the practice and there was no one else there who could continue my treatment, so I had to go to Arlington. I saw a new orthodontist in Arlington who came up with a new plan and new set of aligners (adding months to my treatment). Every appointment I had with him he gave conflicting information (“this is the last set of trays… just kidding there are four more”… “today we are removing all your ‘buttons’… just kidding I forgot we need to keep them on”) and on THREE occasions I was given the wrong set of aligners (I literally looked at them and knew the were off, had him dismiss me, and then realize I was right and they had to reprint them, causing another delay). He seemed like he genuinely had no idea what he was talking about. I came in today for what should have been my last appointment where we’d discuss options for the final step after aligners- a dental implant/bridge and veneers- and lo and behold he wasn’t at the appointment because was no longer at the practice. The office did not inform me of this, and they didn’t even have the courtesy of making sure there was another orthodontist there to take over the consult. I ended up having to ask to talk to someone (a general dentist) and the appointment was a complete waste of my time. I’ve truly never had as negative of an experience any where- let alone a medical office. I would strongly, strongly consider staying far away from Arlington Dental Center and Del Ray Dental Center- particularly for anything more complex than a standard cleaning.

2 months agoWe were traveling and needed to get into a dentist quick. Dr Reza was able to see me the same day and diagnosed what was causing my pain. In a follow up appointment a few days later I underwent a root canal and crown installation. The procedure went so smooth and quick. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our situation. My new tooth looks perfect. Highly recommend this office.

3 months agoI recently visited Arlington Dental Center, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Reza took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really put me at ease. The office is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology. I appreciated the personalized attention and the gentle approach during my treatment. I highly recommend Arlington Dental Center to anyone looking for top-notch dental care in a welcoming environment.

a month agoI would strongly advise you to seek care elsewhere. I came here for a root canal as my regular dentist office advised that given which tooth needed it I would be best off going to an orthodontist. This one was in-network and had good reviews so I figured why not. Up front they charged me over $1600. That was $1100 more than the dentist charged but ok fine. Upon all of the claims clearing with my dental plan they owed me back a total of $561. I have been calling for months for the refund. Today I see that they just went back and added more claims to my dental plan (it’s October and the service was in May). All of that because they know they owe me a refund. Super shady business. I’m filing a charge with the board. Do yourself a favor and choose a different office.
