I had an emergency and the staff, assistants, and dentists were all amazing!! Stephanie the coordinator got me in quickly and was so helpful over the phone. Kimmie the dental assistant was so kind, gentle, and fast. Dr Kim saw me right away and fixed my problem immediately. He was very gentle and patient and explained everything to me with great detail. I have been to many dental offices in the past few years and this is the most efficient, cleanest, and well run office I have been to. I will be returning as a regular patient for many years to come!

I’ve been going to Virginia Dental Center since 2019, and my husband does too. Dr. Amy Hassan is an excellent dentist—she’s highly skilled, thorough, and always takes the time to explain what she’s doing so I feel confident in her care. She makes visits comfortable and never rushed, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. The hygienists do a great job with cleanings, the staff is friendly and professional, and appointments always run efficiently (usually under 45 minutes for a routine visit). The location is also very convenient. I’d highly recommend Dr. Hassan and Virginia Dental Center to anyone in the area.

I've always had a great experience at this office thanks to Dr. Kim, Chris, Kemi, Zee, Giuliana, and Stephanie. Dr. Kim is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and always makes sure I'm comfortable during my visits. Stephanie is especially knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and has been a huge help navigating everything. I truly feel well taken care of every time I’m here!

I’ve been a patient since 2017-2018. There has been quite the change. My Dentist Stephanie left the practice and I, my husband and friend decided to stay when she left. Since that time and more so since COVID the office is different. Not as high tech and polished as it used to be. All the dentist are great. Office staff has lost its polish. Stephanie the finance woman is great and always has been. Lots of goofing around, laughing talking by the one dental assistant. Now I hear the hygienist I was just getting acquainted with is leaving. I will finish what I started but the 3 of us are looking for a new dentist.

Wonderful dental hygienist, xray specialist, and the Doctor was extremely knowledgeable. However, the receptionist was quite dismissive and rude. She interrupted me numerous times and later asked me questions that could have been explained to her initially, incorrectly stated my dental plan wouldn’t be covered (only to correct herself), avoided eye contact, and had an overall crappy attitude. I will be returning, but was disappointed in the immediate experience I received. Perhaps she was having a bad day.
