I had a terrible experience at this dental office. Despite confirming my insurance coverage twice, once over the phone when I scheduled and again at the front desk after they scanned my card, they suddenly "discovered" mid-appointment that my insurance wasn't accepted. This happened after I had already been seated, gone through intake paperwork, and had X-rays taken. The complete lack of professionalism and basic competency in verifying something as fundamental as insurance coverage before beginning treatment is astounding. Not only did they waste my entire afternoon, but they also put me in the awkward position of having services performed. The staff seemed genuinely surprised by their own incompetence, which somehow made it even more frustrating. I left feeling like I had been deliberately misled, and I certainly won't be returning. Do yourself a favor and find a dental office that can handle basic administrative tasks before they start drilling into your teeth.

My first visit to Va dental center exceeded my expectations. The office is attractive, the hygienist was friendly, and thorough. The cleaning was very watery which is why they give you glasses but it was painless. I don’t enjoy the dentist but they made this as pleasant as it could possibly be. Dr. Goldstein was prompt and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Kim, Kimmy and Stephanie went ABOVE and BEYOND to fit me in when I had a broken crown. I was on a tight schedule due to travel plans and they worked with me to make it all happen! Dr. Kim is very patient and makes sure there is NO discomfort. Highly recommend!!! ❤️
