Costa dentistry is so awesome! So convenient it’s right by my house in Ashburn as well. Hannah and Dr Jean Kim are so fast and efficient at cleaning and all services. I had my filling and my teeth scanned for retainers and Dr Kim and her team were so fast and got me out of there efficiently. Her skills are so meticulous and when I was getting anesthesia shots in my mouth I did not feel anything at all. The process was seamless the office is clean and every staff from front to back are so friendly and welcoming. Happy to call this my home dentistry! Thank you Costa Dentistry !

Spent most of my cleaning appointment with hygienist Camille and then Dr. Marucci for a shorter time at the end. The visit was very thorough and informative, with the help of extensive imaging and precise cleaning measures. I feel like I understand my dental health much better now. Camille was surprisingly knowledgable and good at helping the time pass with friendly conversation. It was my first appointment and now I'm interested in staying with the practice. In the future it would help to know the appointment length in advance because it was longer than appointments at other practices, but I understand it was for the sake of being extra thorough and helpful. My family and I have been patients at Costa for over eight years, and this review has nothing to do with the quality of care or services—they have always been excellent. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with how recent insurance changes were handled. I have had the same dental insurance for six years, and without any prior notice, Costa was suddenly no longer in-network. I did not receive any communication about this change until just two days before my scheduled hygiene appointment. As a result, I canceled the appointment, only to then receive a bill. When I contacted the front desk, I was told the charge was for past appointments following the insurance coverage changes. This was frustrating and disappointing, as I would have expected clear and timely communication regarding something so important. It’s unfortunate to part ways with a team we’ve trusted for so long, especially since the care itself has always been outstanding. However, this situation was not handled appropriately, and we will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward. I’ve also learned this has happened to other patients I recommended to Costa as well.

I recently I had a cavity filling done at Costa and they did a great job! I was very nervous, but dental assistant Susanna Carter and Dr. Zainab Aleid were super patient with me. They made me feel comfortable and were very understanding with my anxiety. I highly recommend them and the Costa Office is very professional, clean, and friendly.
