Because of an upcoming surgery I had to make an appointment for a dental exam. I had moved too far away to go to my old dentist so picked Lux Dental because it was close by. Turns out it was an excellent decision. Very professional and friendly staff. So far no cavities or dental work required. The cleaning was done today. It was excellent. Happy to recommend Lux Dental Center.

Great experience overall. The dental hygienist Libby was fantastic — very personable, friendly, and made the entire cleaning comfortable and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything and genuinely cared about making sure my teeth were clean. The office was efficient and welcoming as well. Highly recommend.

Two things make this the best dental practice we've ever used: 1. Outstanding people working there, from the front desk folks to Dr. Jason and his sister. Pleasant, courteous, just very nice people. I recently visited a Periodontist who was about as ornery as they come. Not a pleasant experience. Way more pleasant experience at Lux. 2. The ambiance of the place is pretty damn nice. Feels like you're in a spa. Place is spotless, the equipment looks brand new. The entire experience screams comfort and attention to detail. Highly recommend Lux Dental, so much so that when evaluating our insurance annually, a key requirement is that Lux must be in-network before we'll even consider it.

Always a delightful experience.. clean, bright, so many little details to make your appointment relaxing like blankets, TVs angled for the chair, glasses, water, essential oils if needed for you to relax… the Doctors are both fabulous, tje support staff is lovely and the hygienist are sweet and skilled. Everyone is gentle and your comfort is a top priority. I’m so glad I found Lux and I tell everyone to go there

Be aware of the high star reviews. We moved to the area and went solely off of review in selecting our new regular dental practice. In scheduling our first appointment, the front desk desk had difficulty finding an appointment within 4 months to accommodate my husband and I - only offering appointments 4 hours spread out which obviously we are not going to sit and wait that long spending our whole day there… We needed sooner so declined to take a far out appointment. The office manager himself then called back apologizing saying he could fit us in together. The appointment itself was great, and the dentists are extremely thorough and thoughtful. Leaving that initial appointment to schedule our 6 month check up, they again didn’t have availability for both my husband and I to come. We liked it enough to push it out to 8 months. Well now I just called because I am unable to make our appointment due to something important coming up at work that I can’t miss, and they’re telling me that they can’t see us until February!! The front desk staff and scheduling is poorly managed. If you need flexible scheduling and come with a spouse or other family member, be aware!!!! This is absolutely not the place. I should have taken the red flags from the very beginning to avoid coming here at all. Now I’m forced to find a new practice and having to deal with the hassle of transferring my records again.
