Dr Rios and his staff could not have been more concerned and more attentive to my 94-year-old mother with her broken cap and her missing filling which was causing her pain. I cannot thank them enough for the patience and their gentle handling of her. I look forward to bringing my 97-year-old father to them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. When I first scheduled my appointments, I was clearly told that they were in-network with my insurance and that routine annual cleanings would be covered. Based on that information, both my husband and I proceeded with our visits. However, we were later shocked to receive a bill totaling over $700 for what should have been standard annual cleanings. The only additional service we expected to pay for was extra X-rays that were not included in the cleaning, but instead we were charged far beyond that. This lack of transparency and inaccurate information regarding insurance coverage is unacceptable. Patients rely on offices to provide clear and honest billing details upfront, and this experience felt misleading and frustrating. I would not recommend this office based on our experience.
