    Atlanta Dental Spa is a clean and modern practice that aims to make your visit as comfortable as they can while providing excellent service. While I don't take advantage of all of their amenities, they have clearly put a lot of thought into how to make the patient comfortable. The dental hygienist I see, Karen, is amazing. Not only does she do a great job cleaning my teeth, but more importantly, she takes time to inform and teach about everything from dental health to insurance. I've been to multiple locations of theirs over the past several years and I highly recommend this practice.

    Wonderful place for comprehensive dental with a patient centric relaxed atmosphere. Extremely knowledgable. They are great for seniors with more complex dental issues.

    ADS is a very unique dentist experience. More comparable to going to the salon. Shout out to KAREN, my dental hygienist. She’s taken care of me for the last year.. she does all my cleanings and even my deep clean. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and even comforting when I need it! Highly recommend her!

    All I can say, post treatment is- WOW! I don't think l have EVER had such an incredible dental experience! I went in last week with tooth pain and had a great experience from the start. Leslie at the front desk was able to get me in next day with an emergency appointment. Walking into the office I felt like I was at a waiting room of a spa- beautiful ambiance, clean, modern, definitely began to ease my dental fears. I meet with Dr. Mora who was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain my treatment options, how long the treatment would take, answered all my (many) questions I had 😀 and prescribed antibiotics for the infected area. I came back a few days later for treatment since he couldn't work on the infected area and the visit couldn't have gone smoother! He scheduled a longer time slot to give enough time to work slowly on the area and alleviate my dental anxiety. He was so patient and gentle during treatment, something I've never experienced at a dentist. Post treatment went well, I knew exactly what to expect. The next day I got a text message from Dr. Mora to check in and see how I was doing. That was so unexpected and loved the attentive care!! Needless to say I am the newest fan of Atlanta Dental Spa, I will definitely be switching my family over to this amazing practice and already started recommending to my friends and neighbors. Thank you Dr. Mora for creating a new and pleasant dental experience for me!

    I'd like to start off by saying I really enjoyed my dental experience here. I think I've been a patient since 2020 (during the pandemic). The first dental hygienist was great but she didn't move to the second location. However, Karen is amazing as well and should receive a raise! This location is outside of my network and essentially 40mins from my home. However, because my dental experience has always been pleasant I remained a client. Most recently I had an appointment scheduled for 12/6, in which I didn't receive a phone or text reminder. I did receive an email about 2 weeks prior. I missed this appointment and called to reschedule. Trying to reschedule this appointment was a complete nightmare!!!! I was told by a Liz that I came to the appointment and checked in in which that was not true, I was transferred to supposedly the office manager and hung up on, I was told I couldn't be rescheduled w/o paying a $75 fee because I cancelled twice in 2021 (during the covid pandemic). Instead of the office manager calling me to discuss the lack of communication I received a cold and condensing email from Brianna Jordan. I do understand policies are in place for a reason, but it seems like the front desk staff needs some extensive training on customer service. I've wasted so much of morning getting hung up on and being treated like some any ole person. I appreciate Lauren for calling me to hear how my situation was mishandled. I will miss my hygienist and Dr. Moorer but I much rather take my business somewhere else where I am heard and feel valued.
