I had an amazing experience with Dr Schaffer. She took the time to walk me through the entire procedure, made sure I was comfortable and informed, and truly went above and beyond to get everything done right. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, and my recovery was smooth and easy. What really stood out was how much she cared—she even followed up the next day to make sure I was feeling good and happy with the results. This was a tough procedure, but she handled it with such precision and professionalism that I can’t imagine having gone anywhere else. I’m incredibly grateful for the care she provided and would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dentist.

I've been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Lindsay and his team for several years. I feel welcomed and in good hands here. My dental hygienist & dentist are both comforting, knowledgeable, and efficient —and VERY personable! I've noticed a difference in how my dental health has felt too (I've had about 2 appointments now?) which is definitely a HUGE reason I decided to continue coming here. But I will say, I believe the people make the place and this is one of those places. Good work and good people :)

I cannot sing the praises louder than this: they are AMAZING! From the moment you enter the office you will know you are in a very welcoming place. This is no cold, white, sterile office. This is a warm, welcoming practice. The gals at reception/check out are friendly, cheerful, efficient, and caring. Hygienists are invested in your dental health and strive to establish a rapport with their patients. Dental assistants are kind and ensure you are ready for your procedures and are helpful after procedures are over. BUT...no review would be complete without discussing Dr. Larry Lindsay.  I wish I knew what took me so long to move completely to this office! He has a very kind chair side manner, is not judgmental of any poor dental choices you may have made in your youth, and very patiently and clearly explains what your dental issues are and the treatment options.  He has never pushed me into expensive treatments--I've always had treatment plans with options and solid recommendations. Like much of the population, I don't look forward to going to the dentist, but when I go here, even if I'm getting a filling or root canal, my blood pressure stays low. They have such a calm, peaceful (well, except for dental sounds!), environment. I'm greeted so warmly it disarms any apprehension. I highly recommend Balcones Dental!

Had an excellent experience from start to finish! Calling in to set an appointment was quick, painless, and clear, with friendly front desk staff. My hygienist was kind, accommodating, and clear about where my teeth were. Dr. I was great at explaining how to maintain better upkeep for my teeth and next steps. I was never pressured into procedures without taking time to think, I wasn't shamed for my length between appointments, and I left feeling overall better about my health. I highly highly recommend!
