This practice just gets better and better! The hygienists are knowledgeable and friendly. The doctors are experienced and talented. They have invested in new technologies that make it easier for their patients to understand and choose the best therapies for a brighter smile and a happier, longer life.

My family and friends saw George Shepley for years: what a great dentist! When he left this practice to become *president* of the ADA, we were so proud of him, but I wondered if the new crew would be as good. Well, they most certainly are! Dr. Sarubin is a great dentist. Karen is a wonderful hygienist and takes so much time and care to ensure my sensitive teeth aren't hurt when she cleans them. The front desk is lovely and great at scheduling and reminding me about my appointments. I started getting my dental care here nearly 40 YEARS ago and have enjoyed better health as a result.

The verification system for appointments is on the level of harassment! Simply relying on 2 forms of verification SHOULD be enough. I have no qualms with the staff at this place. The doctor and hygienist I see are great.

After Dr. Shepley left, Dr. Sarubin did a filling on one of my teeth, and it was very painful afterwards. He had me come back to adjust it free of charge, which I respected, but it took several more visits to get the bite “right”, and it wasn’t right: he ground off so much of my tooth that it no longer closes with the lower molar and I’ve lost all definition in the biting surface. I wasn’t happy, but figured I’d move on, so I got a new dentist and informed the office that I was no longer a patient. They continued calling, texting, and calling to tell me I’m due for cleanings. I have called and texted multiple times asking them to stop and just got another call. So I’m glad other people are having positive experiences, but my experience has been terrible. Also, if you’re reading this, please remove me from your contact list!

I have, unfortunately, a long and complex dental history. Now, fortunately, being with Dr Koby (Koby Sarubin, DDS) the past years of dental care are under a care and treatment plan, the idea is to avoid or take on a problem early on and this has proven effective. Two major problems were explained carefully to me and taken care of in the offices. The dental hygienists are, and I say this from decades of experience, exceptional and pleasant to be their patient. Best of all, I know should a sudden problem arise that needs immediate attention I will be seen in the offices cared for--this has happened to me. The staff are so pleasant to work with it is obvious they like their jobs, the office, a feeling of a team.
