Went in for a simple filling the doctor dug a hole in my gum with the drill kept working never said anything when she finished she said there is a cut when I looked it is a deep hole in the gums inside my lower lip. She kept saying it happens it will heal put Vaseline on it, kept saying this stuff happens but never apologized for her mistake I asked to speak with the manager she also came in never took a closer look just said it will heal it happens put Vaseline on it, she said I was lucky this never happened to me before that it happens all the time like in surgeries anything could go wrong again no apology for their mistake just excuses. The dentist disappeared she didn’t come back her assistant put Vaseline on it. I have had work done for years and nothing like this ever happened it is the dentist responsibility to make sure they have a good grip on their equipment and adjust their position accordingly and not rush through the process and cause injuries to their patients and then say “it happens” It hurts, swollen, everything stings warm, cold liquids, food even toothpaste when it comes in contact. I have had work done by dental students who are still learning and nothing like this ever happened so when I go to a dentist that supposedly has years of experience I expect better

After not going to the dentist for 10+ years I finally went and they made me feel amazing. Very nice, professional and did an amazing job. I definitely recommend

Great experience, wonderful staff, clean facilities, zero complaints. Lexi was so incredibly nice and helpful, it’s awesome to see people passionate about their jobs still. Dr.Eng was also so sweet and both made me feel confident in making the health of my teeth better and coming up with a plan to fix an old broken took look better. Highly recommend. Oh and the front desk was super nice and helpful too, but I didn’t catch her name.

Super sweet and helpful staff and I love that I could set up everything online including filling out paperwork! I didn’t feel pressured into anything but supported and given options. I was impressed with how everyone even the dentist Dr Eng anticipated my needs and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I loved how my hygienist (Katie) informed me along the way, and Dr Eng was very kind and communicative. I was also very impressed with their tech and professionalism. I think it was the quickest and most painless fillings I’ve ever gotten.

I am not happy at all and I have a huge toothache and my head hurts a lot. This has never happened to me in any dental clinic. I am not happy at all. Excuse me if I'm wrong but I'm not sure you've done a good job. Since they put the false crown on I've had inflammation in my gums, I made an appointment to have my pain checked and they told me that putting the original crown on would make the pain go away. It will happen to me and I should use ibuprofen 400 milligrams for a week. If the pain persists, I should see a specialist for a possible dentistry. And the pain comes from not using gum when I sleep so as not to put pressure on my teeth? When I have never used that and I have never had the gums of my teeth become inflamed. I don't know, I hope the doctor is right and after a week everything is normal and this note is just a heat due to the immense pain that I feel right now that attacks my nerves.
