After about 20 years of seeing the same dentist, it was time to make a change to a dental office closer to home and work in the city. I could not have made a better choice than going to Boston Dental. Went for my first cleaning and check-up today and I could not be more pleased. The BD team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. Georgina did a stellar cleaning and was wonderful to work with. All around an exceptional experience!

Boston Dental hygienists are always friendly and do a great job explaining as they go. I have a lot of anxiety about teeth cleanings and they are always supportive through the appointment.

Absolute garbage tier dentist. Overpriced and terrible service. Fillings that go in, will come out, often within days. I was given the hard sell on a "night guard", which wasn't covered by Insurance because it wasn't medically necessary. I don't grind my teeth at night but the dentist insisted, so I paid out of pocket for this thing. You'd think that if it was so important that they'd call me when it came in. Nope. They forgot all about it for about 6 months. I have a permanent crown put in my mouth decades ago. After putting things in my mouth that keep popping out, the dentist decided that the other dentists work was too good to stay. She kept insisting that the crown was "bothering me" and that it needed to be replaced. That's when I got out. I'm also pretty sure that most of these other reviews are paid for.

I was really impressed with the office and the atmosphere of this dental practice. As soon as I arrived, they addressed my concerns immediately. I really liked the bedside manner of the receptionist named Lily. I asked if she got her dentist work there because her teeth were gorgeous.

I would just like to take a moment out of my busy schedule to recognize some people here at your office practice. I came in last month to the office and immediately felt at ease due to the lighting, modern equipment and modern design of the office. After waiting for a couple of minutes, I was led to the back where the hygienist thoroughly explain to me the procedure of getting x-rays and getting a cleaning afterwards. After getting x-rays and the cleaning which was professionally done. I was seen by Dr Delacruz who again thoroughly explained my entire oral situation to me. Dr delacruz bedside manner was incredible. I Will never want to go to anyone else again, and truly believed the entire experience went smoothly. To the people of this office, please Keep up the great work. You have made a dreading experience into the most pleasant as possible. I believe these people truly deserve a raise for what they do. And I also wanted to point out the front desk person lily who has an amazing smile by the way a wholehearted thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will be getting a deep cleaning here in the near future to include other needed procedures.
