3 weeks agoLoved my experience here! Upon my arrival, Cindy welcomed me right away and already recognized who I was. She was friendly and efficiently got me settled in the waiting area. My hygienist, Felicity, was fantastic. Not only did she demonstrate great expertise, but we also connected as peers, which made the whole cleaning experience feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Dina was equally amazing, providing clear, helpful insights during my exam. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

3 weeks agoI always leave happy after my visits to Boston Dental! Felicity, Dr. Dina, Cindy, and the rest of the staff make me feel so at ease and comfortable. This was the first dentist I went to in Boston, it’s been years now and I’ll never go elsewhere. Highly recommend!

a month agoAlways have a good experience here. Today’s visit in particular, I was super late due to Amtrak issues and everyone at Boston Dental was super accommodating. The team definitely goes above and beyond for their patients. Everyone is super kind and helpful!

2 months agoStaff were really friendly. Michelle helped me out a lot with going over my treatments and payment plans, as well as scheduling some appointments with no hassle. My hygienist, I believe Georgina, was really nice too.

3 months agoSince day one they try to sell you on new work that needs to be done. I regrettably decided to listen and get a filling. After I had already paid, they sent another invoice which I thankfully didn’t just pay because when questioned they acknowledged it was an error and even said that I had paid for two fillings but only got one so I asked for them to confirm the reconciliation and if I was owed a refund. A simple ask. I have reached out to them three times over several weeks without a response. Like, what? That’s not how you treat a customer. Not to mention when I got the filling, the dentist came in without introducing herself (not my usual dentist) or explaining the procedure and the nurse couldn’t wait to get out of there to start his weekend. Unprofessional. Don’t be fooled by the fresh looking office like I was.
