The new patient process was smooth and straightforward, with no confusion or hassle. De’Anna was especially wonderful,she took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire cleaning. Her patience and gentle approach truly made a difference. Overall, it was an easy, pleasant experience, and I felt well cared for throughout my appointment.

Dr. Hoang is my dentist, and Diana is the dental hygienist who has handled each of my cleanings. Diana is fantastic. She’s kind, personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. This was my third appointment over the past few months and every visit has been a great experience. The Citi Dental office staff, Omi, Kenny, and office manager, Anjara, are always welcoming and friendly. They send helpful appointment reminders and confirmations, and I’ve never waited more than 5–10 minutes before being seen. Highly recommend Citi Dental for dental care!
