a week agoAmazing dentists, hygienists and staff. They are polite, reliable, efficient and clean. I’m never overcharged and they communicate exceptionally well (lots of reminders for appointments). I really appreciate them, and Graciela did a fantastic job expediting my cleaning so I could make it to my meeting shortly after the appointment!

a month agoLike many, I have been very nervous about going to the dentist. Insurance change meant I had to find a new practice, I found positive reviews of Pure Dental online so I gave them a try. Starting with the person who answered the phone, my experience was one of being expertly cared for at every step. The offices are clean, bright, state of the art and the staff are wonderful. I have had too many nightmare dental visits over the years, this was the opposite. Dr. Nelson is thorough and calm in all his explanations and expertly fixed my crown. I felt more like I went to a tooth spa than a harrowing dental visit. Carla took care of insurance questions and I left looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend Pure Dental!

a month agoI had a WONDERFUL experience at Pure Dental. I had the most thorough cleaning of my life, AND the most pain free (a very big deal for me, I have had to stop hygienists in the past because I was in too much pain)! The entire staff is very friendly and Dr. Fine is lovely. They were able to look into my insurance coverage for a necessary dental procedure and followed up very promptly. I cannot recommend their office enough, I will certainly be returning :)

a month agoBeen coming here for a couple of years, loved the hygienist Jessie. Front desk was always polite. But, after receiving a very confrontational and unreasonable phone call from a young man at the front desk have decided to take my business elsewhere. Five stars for Jessie, zero stars for reception.

6 months agoI went to the dentist today for the first time in a very long time. Everyone from the reception staff, dental assistant and the dentist were so kind and patient with me! No shaming or mean energy, you can tell they genuinely care. Will be back soon!
