2 weeks agoBest dentist office ever. They are very nice and do a great job and take their time with cleanings, X-rays, and suggest how many times you should get cleanings each year based on your own mouth. In addition, they had parking which is a huge plus! I suggest anyone who is looking for a dentist that is 5 stars each dentist and hygienist are extremely careful their time and each one is extremely qualified

2 weeks agoSouth Boston Dental is the best! Beautiful office. Friendly employees. Great dentists and hygienists! Some dentists take advantage of their patients and suggest work in their teeth that really does not need to be done. Not here. My extended family and I been going here for almost 20 years and have never had anything but a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this practice

2 weeks agoFriendly and clean environment. First time visit I was nervous but they made the process easy and there wasn't anything scary. The open view rooms were a little odd as I could see and hear other patients but I guess that's on par for an office with lots of patients and needs easy access. So far it was easy and I will continue to come here again for more work.

3 weeks agoI loved this place. The dentists and the hygienists are super friendly and helpful. But the more I go there and the more I encounter one particular blonde receptionist, my love for this place is slowly weaning. This blonde receptionist is so rude, indifferent and nonchalant that I can’t take it anymore. She acts like you’re bothering her by being there. If you don’t want to work there, just don’t! It’s not by force. I’m on my last straw with her. After my next visit and I still don’t get treated with respect and kindness, I’m done. Good dental service isn’t enough if she makes you feel miserable when you walk in and when you walk out.

a month agoI recently switched to South Boston Dental group. Unlike my old dental group, which had a lot of different offices and seemed like a factory assembly line, this practice feels very personal and professional, and the staff and dentists have been there for a long time. The previous practice I went to, staff seemed to come and go, which is never a good sign. I have had two different hygienists and both are wonderful. Pricing is fair and I appreciate that they give a discount if you do not have dental insurance. I highly recommend.
