Dr. Bailey is an amazing dentist. She make sure that her patient leaves with a smile. She is very caring and so passionate from her job that she does. My name is Maria Santiago and I gotta tell you I was scared to go see her. She made me feel safe. She knows what she’s doing. Got four teeth extracted and I got dentures and her and her team did an amazing job with the dentures now I could smile again and feel like myself. I have been a patient at Charlotte Dentistry since they opened many years ago. The doctors, hygienists, and staff people are always friendly, professional, efficient, and kind. I had another good experience there on May 2 with my six month cleaning and check up. My hygienist did a great job and made me feel comfortable. My dentist did a thorough checkup and said the words I hoped to hear, “Looks good, no cavities.” The financial office staff helped me enter my new insurance information over the phone the day prior so there was no delay when I arrived. I have already scheduled my next six month appointment. I truly appreciate Charlotte Dentistry.

The best dentist office in town went there today and had a wonderful experience with Myra Lail,RDH she was truly amazing!! I literally almost fell asleep in the chair she was so gentle and kind!! This was truly the best experience l have ever had at a dentist office and l am 62 years old and have always had bad experiences.l would not only recommend this office but also recommend her! Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. They are professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable. I also love my hygienist Ms. Keila she was extremely welcoming, warm and also gave me some good health tips as far as how and why cavities form in our teeth even when eating healthy. I told her she is my forever hygienist moving forward. She was gentle and a true joy to be around had me laughing the entire time. Thank you keep up the awesome work. I love this place❤️.

I just came in for a simple filling and Dr Dowlin was such an ease to talk to. She forewarned me of everything that I would be concerned about (some sounds give me anxiety) and she reassured me each step and constantly checked on me. I’ve gone here for a couple of years now but this was by far the best visit I’ve had because of Dr Dowlin and her dental assistant!
