2 months agoThis business has taken on more customers than they can properly service. This causes SOME of the people who answer the phones and book the appointments to speak rudely towards the customer. It is June 1st and they are already booked out until next year for existing patients! This place is stricly about money, not about customers.

3 weeks agoMissing Dr. Armstrong; this practice is nothing money grubby. Dr. Watson is okay but Dr. Wolfinger was not personable at all. Dentist and Pediatrician has always been bubbly people. It was an awful visit and l will not be back. Our family been with them forever. This practice is not the same!

3 weeks agoTheir schedule is stuffed like a can of biscuits. I think it’s unreasonable to wait 8 months for a routine clean up reschedule. Seems like Charlotte Dentistry has taken on way too many patients to maximize the immediate money, compromise the common dental recommendation to get cleaning every six months, and has eliminated any wiggle room to accommodate earlier visits. My recommendation is to stop taking on new patients for a while or increase your staff for shorter appointment waits. You made a business decision and I’m taking my chompers elsewhere. And no, I’m not going to call to discuss (I’m predicting your reply).

4 months agoI just want to say how thankful I am for Dr. McPhaul, his hygienist, and Lisa Suggs, the patient coordinator. Dr. McPhaul was incredibly kind and understanding. I have PTSD and anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, and not once did they make me feel the way other dental offices have in the past. I actually left with happy tears. Thank you for truly caring and most importantly, for showing compassion. Lisa was also a tremendous help. She made sure I understood my treatment plan, helped with scheduling, and assisted me in applying for Sunbit financing. I’m so grateful for the support I received from the entire team. May God Continue to bless you all

4 months agoI confirmed my appointment for today and I got taken off the schedule anyways. There was no outreach other than an automated text from the day before (several days after I had already confirmed), which I was unavailable at the time to respond. I had the information they requested upon arrival. It is totally unacceptable to lack client care, empathy, and consideration. The experience and “resolution” was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this practice. I had been a regular client of this practice for decades, throughout my childhood and adulthood until today. I am extremely disappointed in the way that I was treated.
