I changed dentists to Pearl which is walkable from my job. My Hygienist Taylor was awesome and friendly. I would recommend her if you are looking for a new hygienist. For the first time pictures were taken of my teeth and shown to me. I have silver fillings that are probably from the 1980’s and a near 30 year of abcess. My dentist Dr Chelsea recommended the steps I should take to ensure I have healthy teeth. I am glad I found this place.

I had a great experience at this dental office today. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made everything feel comfortable and stress free. The appointment itself went smoothly, and everything was explained clearly so I always knew what was happening. For the first time, I genuinely felt at ease at a dentist’s office, which says a lot. I really appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and care I received, and I’m actually not dreading my next visit

I have been going to Pearl for several years because it’s conveniently close to my job, and the staff has always been excellent. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor, who was my hygienist. She was very personable, did a great job cleaning my teeth, and helped make another great experience at Pearl. I’ve also been seeing Dr. Jenna for quite a while now, and she is always fantastic as well. Thank you all so much for consistently providing such great care and service!

I had Taylor as my hygienist for my appointment on Wednesday in Uptown. She was amazing! She is such a nice and friendly person and was so gentle during my cleaning! I always dread that water pick part of the cleaning because it is usually a bit painful and just generally uncomfortable. Taylor uses that thing like a magician! Not even the slightest pain or discomfort. She was very concerned with my comfort during the appointment, checking on how I was doing through out the cleaning. Recent new patient and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everybody was friendly and knowledgeable, things were very efficient and the Dentist and hygienist were top notch! Update (after about 6 months and a couple fillings and crowns): Still couldn’t be happier with my experience at Pearl since I made the switch! Dr Jenna, Virginia and the whole staff are awesome! It’s like a well oiled machine and the process is smooth no matter why I’m there. The quality of care and the customer service is TOP NOTCH!
