My new dentist is amazing. She’s very gentle caring and her staff is wonderful. Also I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. The other dentist said I have had. They were like get you in and out and they were in a hurry all the time and my Dentist takes her time. She’s just very wonderful. I’m so glad I’m able to be at this office thank you.

Bad experience. This is the third time the front desk has failed to schedule my appointment correctly. I’ve tried three times to have my wisdom teeth extracted at this office. Today (Saturday morning), I arrived on time, as always. I had been waiting 4–5 months for this appointment, and it had already been rescheduled once by the office. After I was seated, the doctor told me he didn’t know how long the procedure would take. He said it could take up to an hour, and he couldn’t fit it into his schedule because the front desk had booked me for a short appointment instead of the longer appointment required for a wisdom tooth extraction. He apologized and had to cancel my appointment. This isn’t the first time this has happened. At my previous visit, I came in to have two wisdom teeth extracted. Before the appointment, I asked the front desk several times whether both teeth could be removed during the same visit, and I was assured that the answer was yes. However, after waiting for months, the doctor told me that my appointment was only scheduled for 30 minutes and that he could only remove the easier of the two teeth. Please have some respect for your patients’ time and health. Waiting months for an appointment only to find out it was scheduled incorrectly—again—is completely unacceptable.

I’ve been a patient at Comprehensive Dental Center for over 9 years, and my experience has consistently been excellent. I’ve had fillings, complex extractions, implants, and regular cleanings — every procedure was done with high professionalism and great attention to detail. The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I’m especially grateful to the doctors who treated me over the years: Sviatoslav Danylyk, Dr. Ninos, Dr. Liudmyla, and Viktor Pavlich.
