Smile Science Chicago has been amazing from start to finish. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable. Their work is thorough, honest, and top-tier — you can really trust them. Because of how great the service has been, this will be my primary location for all my dental work going forward. If you, too, have seemingly nonstop problems with your teeth, please go see Dr. Monica Urda!! She is, bar none, the best dentist in Chicago. Dr. Monica started treating me two years ago after I had been to 6 other dentists in the city—each only one time because of myriad bad experiences—for semi-serious issues. Smile Science staff are all uniformly friendly, helpful, and supportive. Literally not one time have I ever had what could be described as a negative experience: no one has ever made me feel ashamed about having bad teeth; every dental tech has been gentle, communicative, and cared whether I was comfortable; they have always been able to fit me in the same day when I’m in pain; and it is one of those rare healthcare experiences where you don’t always feel like you have to “advocate for yourself.” The only possible thing Smile Science could do to improve is to add an endodontist to their staff so that I could go there for my root canals too!!

Had an excellent experience at Smile Science! After a friend referred me by saying they were great for scaredy cats like me, I was pleasantly surprised at how calm and accommodating the staff was. From the friendly front desk and its coffee/water refreshments, to the top-notch care I received from dental assistant, to dentist, to hygienist, I felt at ease and well cared for. What a lovely experience to receive in-network dental care that felt more like visiting a boutique than a dentist!

I had yet another wonderful experience at this dental office. I want to give a special shoutout to my hygienist, Mari! She was incredibly efficient and gentle, yet so detailed. She didn’t miss a spot and even took the time to remove the tiniest stains. I really appreciated how thorough she was without causing any discomfort. On top of that, she gave me super helpful tips on how to brush and floss more effectively. Mari was kind, patient, and made the whole visit so pleasant. Highly recommend her and this office!

Dr. Joe was amazing! He is so attentive, caring, and funny. Made the whole process easy to understand and really helped alleviate anxiety throughout the process. He went above and beyond! Extremely grateful. Andy was great too! Dr. Sethi also was wonderful and helped make a long day of procedures feel less overwhelming. You're in such good hands at this place!!
