Smile Science Chicago has been amazing from start to finish. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable. Their work is thorough, honest, and top-tier — you can really trust them. Because of how great the service has been, this will be my primary location for all my dental work going forward. I've been seeing Dr Urda at Smile Science for almost 10 years, and I could not be more grateful for her and her team. The admin staff are prompt and do the best to be flexible with scheduling appointments. The hygienists are great too and take their time to make sure they do a thorough job. Dr Urda is very skilled and competent and I've always felt completely at ease under her care. She is a professional that always provides very thorough and objective information with her recommendations/treatments. I wholly trust her, and after 10 years and I can confidently say the quality of care is excellent. I highly recommend Smile Science!

I had yet another wonderful experience at this dental office. I want to give a special shoutout to my hygienist, Mari! She was incredibly efficient and gentle, yet so detailed. She didn’t miss a spot and even took the time to remove the tiniest stains. I really appreciated how thorough she was without causing any discomfort. On top of that, she gave me super helpful tips on how to brush and floss more effectively. Mari was kind, patient, and made the whole visit so pleasant. Highly recommend her and this office!

I have stayed away from dentists for years because of multiple bad experiences. For me, it was an anxious decision to choose a dentist and I truly feel so so lucky and blessed to have picked Dr. Monica Urda!! She and her team, from the hygienists, assistants, and front office are amazing. I needed some substantial procedures and Dr Urda and her staff made sure the experience was comfortable and literally pain free. Most of all, she and her staff are understanding, kind, and trustworthy. I look forward to my visits. If you are nervous about the dentist for any reason, this is truly the place for you.

Can't recommend Smile Science enough! I came in as an emergency patient after putting off a dental procedure for far too long due to fear of the dentist and past trauma. Dr. Urda was so patient and kind with helping me navigate my fear and consistently checked in throughout the procedure. When I came back days later for my deep cleaning the numbing process was a little more intense than I had anticipated, so she promised to do the numbing herself for the other half. She followed up on that promise and it was a painless experience. Truly can't praise her enough for her bedside manner! Huge shout out to my hygienist, Brianna, as well for being gentle, consistently checking in, and keeping me informed of what was happening during my second half of the deep cleaning. In addition to their care the office is clean, comfortable, and the staff are all great!
