Smile Science Chicago has been amazing from start to finish. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable. Their work is thorough, honest, and top-tier — you can really trust them. Because of how great the service has been, this will be my primary location for all my dental work going forward. I highly recommend Smile Science, especially if you are anxious at the dentist or have put off dental care. I had fallen behind on dentist visits to the point that I was super anxious for my first visit, but the entire team was very friendly and reassuring. I appreciated that they met me where I was and focused on getting me back on track with my dental care. I did need some fillings, but my experience with that was much better than expected. Again, the entire team put me at ease and Dr. Urda was very personable, caring and seemed to have great attention to detail. I feel very comfortable here and I'm really glad to have found a practice I trust.

I was referred to Dr. Urda by my orthodontist for some cosmetic work. On my first visit, Dr. Urda clearly explained all my options and outlined what to expect. I really appreciate that she was transparent and so thorough. After a handful of months, I returned for a couple of build ups. Her work completely changed my smile! I've been seeing Dr Urda at Smile Science for almost 10 years, and I could not be more grateful for her and her team. The admin staff are prompt and do the best to be flexible with scheduling appointments. The hygienists are great too and take their time to make sure they do a thorough job. Dr Urda is very skilled and competent and I've always felt completely at ease under her care. She is a professional that always provides very thorough and objective information with her recommendations/treatments. I wholly trust her, and after 10 years and I can confidently say the quality of care is excellent. I highly recommend Smile Science!

I love smile science! I was a patient here years ago and was so excited to come back now that I have dental insurance again. From start to finish the team is warm, welcoming and professional. They are thorough, clear on pricing, and make you WANT to come back to the dentist. Crazy, right? I cannot recommend this office enough!
