From the moment I arrived, everything was explained clearly, and every staff member I interacted with was professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. As someone with severe dental anxiety, I was really nervous going in, but those fears quickly melted away because it was obvious how much everyone genuinely cared. I saw Dr. Jody Kear, and he was amazing, so kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. My dental hygienist Shane was also wonderful, making the whole cleaning process easy and comfortable. At no point did I feel pressured into any treatments, which really put me at ease and made me feel like I was being treated as a person, not just a patient or a dollar sign. Overall, my husband and I both had a fantastic experience. The team was thorough, compassionate, and genuinely attentive.
