10 months agoI was referred to Dr Hildebrand by my primary dentist in Brownwood. I have wore a partial since 1980. I have had tons of them during these years. This is by far the best partial ever and my mouth is full of teeth TG! Thank you to the kind staff and Dr . I am blessed

10 months agoEverything went very good. Rachel the hygienist was excellent, pleasant and very caring. The x-rays went well and so did the Pano graph, no cavities, and no problems. Dr. Derksen was cordial and very professional. I knew I was in good hands with his education and specialties as I have been in the dental profession for many years also. The staff were very polite and helpful with my initial paperwork. Lisa the office manager is very charming and knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. 9 months agoMy experience here has been very disappointing. The temporary crowns I received looked worse than my originals, and feedback was not well received. After switching doctors within the practice in hopes of a better outcome, I was charged for two consultations and waited months just to be told it would be another five weeks before treatment. Now they want $2,000 just for temporaries that last for a few weeks, and that’s on top of thousands more for permanent crowns. Keep in mind, the temporaries were included when I started but now they’re $2k… Poor quality, long delays, and unreasonable pricing. I would not recommend this practice.
