Modern office, lots of tech. But I didn’t have a great experience here. The hygienist was rough with my teeth and it made me pretty uncomfortable. I didn’t feel like I received personalized care; it felt like the dentist only spent about 2-3 minutes looking at my mouth (she was polite during our interaction, though). I was told I needed work done, which is fine- but when they told me the price, I was astounded as it seemed very high. The receptionist encouraged me to sign up right away for a payment plan that would’ve cost me thousands out of pocket. I opted to head to another dentist in McKinney for a second opinion. It turns out I didn’t need all that work done, only half of it. Furthermore, the dentist in McKinney was literally over 50% cheaper. I had my dental work done and am very happy, and spent over $4000 less than I was quoted at Dallas Laser Dentistry. Edit: because I’ve seen the office’s responses on here accusing people of using “spam accounts”, I was in fact a patient on 7/24, I go by my preferred name/nickname on google. 🙂

Great service and care! Carla Strickland and Dr. Morgan Petty were so thorough during my first appointment and made me feel like I was in the best hands. I'm new to Dallas and finding new doctors can be so overwhelming. I had to strongly rely on google reviews so I'm paying it forward and adding to the many other well-deserved 5-star reviews for Dallas Laser Dentistry!

I am always treated kindly. The hygienist is gentle and caring. Dr Swift is thorough and concerned about issues and scheduling of procedures I might need.

Amazing staff and excellent care from Dr Swift and Dr. Petty. The membership is a n excellent option in you don’t have dental insurance. Super clean office with great views!

Very pleased with Dallas Laser Dentistry! It is truly an elevated dental experience! They do everything to make sure you are comfortable. They explain what they are looking at and doing and everyone is very very sweet! Very organized! 10/10
