2 weeks agoDr Lindsey Dortch is fantastic! Extremely skilled and personable - takes a practical approach, and results are always perfect. After a crown and many fillings (and bad experiences with both elsewhere!), I can tell she takes great pride in her work - I’ve never had an issue after her efficient work and feel confident in the recommendations she suggests!! Her team is equally capable and kind. Can’t recommend highly enough!

4 weeks agoMy experience with Quin was the very best! I have loads of dental anxiety but she was so sweet, gentle, and understanding. Quin was very communicative and I felt like she really listened to my concerns. She made the whole experience so much better and I will be specifically requesting her when I go back for my next cleaning.

a week agoEspire Dental DTC has been an incredible experience for me and continues to be! My regular hygienist Jade was out on leave and I met Quinn Sullivan who was going to take care of me in Jades absence. Quinn was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, had a great way about her that made my visit very pleasant and…I had the least discomfort I have ever had in a hygiene visit! She was very thorough and my experience was great. I then saw Dr. Adam who was also great who did not try to “sell me” work that was not necessary at the time. He said let’s keep an eye on these crowns and we will address as needed. When I checked out Renee and Taylor were great as well and got me scheduled for my next visit. What a pleasant experience my visit to Espire Dental was and I highly recommend their professional and fun spirit.

5 months agoThe service itself was fine. You absolutely must double check yourself by asking your insurance if you are covered at specific locations even if you have previously been with another Espire and were told by the previous location you’d be covered upon transfer. This location did not confirm with me that I was out of network and charged me almost $200 for a regular cleaning. When I called back and asked if it was not common practice to confirm with people upon transferring from another Espire, I did not receive a clear answer. I would not have gone out of network had I known and this is a steep price to pay with the assumption that they would be transparent. They had all this information already because of the transfer and conveniently left this out even when I asked in office before the cleaning if this was within my regular covered timeframe. I guess that question wasn’t specific enough. Beware.

2 months agoI went to this dental office because they claimed they do all dental work. Although I had a tooth pulled (which was expensive but fine), I was referred to an Endodontic Group to evaluate a tooth with a previous root canal. This Group (Series and Pangborn) could not even return a phone call. Once I was able to speak with a receptionist, I was told the evaluation alone without treatment was an outrageous amount. I went to this dental office so that I would have a single dentist provide services - unlike the previous corporate dental office I was seeing. Complete BS. My search for a true dentist will continue but this practice has seen the last of me.
