The service itself was fine. You absolutely must double check yourself by asking your insurance if you are covered at specific locations even if you have previously been with another Espire and were told by the previous location you’d be covered upon transfer. This location did not confirm with me that I was out of network and charged me almost $200 for a regular cleaning. When I called back and asked if it was not common practice to confirm with people upon transferring from another Espire, I did not receive a clear answer. I would not have gone out of network had I known and this is a steep price to pay with the assumption that they would be transparent. They had all this information already because of the transfer and conveniently left this out even when I asked in office before the cleaning if this was within my regular covered timeframe. I guess that question wasn’t specific enough. Beware.

I was on a business trip and had a severe toothache one evening. I called Espire Dental first thing the next morning, and they were able to get me in for an appointment right away. Despite the short notice, they were extremely accommodating and professional. The office itself was clean, modern, and welcoming. All the staff members I interacted with, from the front desk to the dental assistants and dentist, were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions. In the end, they were able to complete a crown in a single visit, which was incredibly convenient given my travel schedule. The level of care and efficiency was truly impressive. I would highly recommend Espire Dental to anyone in need of dental services, especially if you require prompt attention. Their commitment to patient satisfaction and professionalism is outstanding. 5/5 stars!

About the best dental experience you can find. Friendly staff with modern equipment, and they just always seem to do the right thing!

The service was good but they are not transparent with cost. I was told my insurance would cover a certain amount and asked about it multiple times during the service for them to double check this. The first appointment took 2 hours, and they billed a large administration fee and my insurance then notified me that this provider is not one they cover. I am now stuck with a huge bill for cleaning and x rays and Espire will not return my calls. It seems like they will lie to your face regardless of you carrier to get you in the door to fill time slots.

This was by far the best dental experience of my life. I went in for an emergency procedure and everyone was so efficient and caring. My Dr was amazing and also very caring. I highly recommend this facility
