    I have been looking for a dentist for quite some time and Great Expressions was a perfect place! Every member of the staff is so pleasant and helpful every time I visit! Dr. Case is amazing and thorough as well as her team of hygienist! I'm a customer for life now!

    Highlighting the front desk girls whose attentiveness and professionalism will surely make a positive impact. It's always nice to recognize exceptional service, especially from people who make your visits pleasant. I used to be a manager myself and I know working with the general public can be frustrating. I love that they have parking at Port Atwater and validate and sent me an email with their directions. Looking forward to my next visit.

    I’ve spent my entire adult life dreading visits to the dentist. Maria and team have sincerely changed this. Always friendly, kind, and understanding, and I come out feeling better than when I went in.

    Dr. Case and the entire team are awesome. They are very courteous and really take care of the patients. I have been visiting the Ren Cen Great Expressions for the past 2 years and always have an excellent experience.

    A follow up to the previous review left on 4/ expected, nothing was done nor communicated by this location regarding the encounters that took place on 4/12 and probably never even reached a supervisor as I originally asked to speak with one. Someone responded to the review and asked for me to email them, which I did and now almost 3 weeks later I haven't received a response. Probably never will, but that is okay because two other locations not only apologized on this location's behalf, but the other two locations customer service was top tier, superior service! They also rectified the original issue by not being lazy and actually worked and put forth effort to look up the insurance and found it. I also called the customer service/corporate line several times and never received an answer or call back. As a result of this, I have reported this location to the Better Business Bureau. I was not at all surprised to see that this location has hundreds of complaints by customers who shared the same experiences as me and some even worse than mine (Yes! It has gotten worse). According to the BBB this location has a 1.12 customer review rating and an overall F as their BBB rating and accreditation. This location is not BBB accredited, which is awful! Lastly, this location has also been reported to the department of Attorney General. It is my hope that both my reviews are used as a means for customers to use my experience as a lesson and make the right choice for you. Just beware and proceed with caution. It is also my hope that since nothing was done by this location to rectify the situation and that they allow their employees to treat customers in such a terrible way, that someone who actually cares will do something. If not, then hopefully this location can/will reevaluate their business practices and customer service skills as a whole.
