I had a wonderful experience at Dyer Dental! Dr. Martinez and the entire staff are exceptional. They are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind and professional, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. From the front desk to the dental team, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure you feel well cared for. Highly recommend!

From the moment I stepped in the door I felt welcomed! The front desk staff were amazing! I had Vivian (I hope I spelled that right) doing my scans and she was the BEST!! She was quick, made sure I knew exactly what was happening, and made sure I was comfortable!! The doctor and the hygienist were hands down the best people I have ever been to! The doctor came in was funny and personable, made it easy to talk with him! The hygienist was also very personable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Overall the best experience for someone who dislikes going to the dentist or has anxiety around the dental offices! 10/10 would recommend!!

As every business, Dental Dyer Care has its daily challenges but at the end of the day, the staff is always professional, polite and efficient. This dental clinic is lucky to have a manager who is hard working, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful! I’ve had my challenges coming to this dental clinic but at the end of the day, their professionalism has helped me overcome them. I look forward to continue to receive dental care here!

I have enjoyed coming to Dyer Dental for years. The staff and the doctor are very warm and friendly. All procedures are explained thoroughly. Ms. Gracie, the hygienist, did a wonderful cleaning job. I really like coming to this office

This office falsely billed my insurance for a procedure that never happened in June 2024. Despite three calls and two in-person visits, they have yet to correct it. The treatment coordinator pressured me into financing, promising a full refund if I changed my mind in getting care at their office. Now that I’m cancelling due to poor communication and dishonesty, they’re charging a 15% materials fee for services never performed. When I spoke to the office manager, Alexa, she dismissed my concerns, citing a policy that was never disclosed by the treatment coordinator. I had to push her to address the issue internally so it wouldn’t happen to others. No effort was made on their end to correct the situation. The dentist I saw, Mr. Martinez, was great, but this office practice is full of dishonest billing, misleading sales tactics, and zero accountability. Stay far away. All the low-star reviews have the same complaints in common.
