I was apprehensive simply due to location but I misjudged this dental office and I am a fan now. I recall scheduling here because it was the closest to my house, within network, and had switched my dental insurance. On my first appointment, I was put at ease as I checked in and began reading reviews as I waited to be called in. Customer service upon arrival and at the end was welcoming and genuine. Then I met dentist and y’all, he’s so likable and approachable and never too pushy. If you are debating whether to try out this location, I would advise you to give them a try. You will feel like a valued patient and experience the same excellent customer service I did. Try them. :-)

Either they’re just lazy or don’t give a damn about the needs of their new patients . I get it they have to prioritize their regulars patients over the new patients. I scheduled an appointment once, so the day after my appointment they called me to reschedule it due to the doctor had a family emergency. Cool, I completely understand. two days after the second appointment I called in for questions pertains to my insurance I was told that they will need to reschedule it again due to the same BS. I told them either they commit to the appointment or not I don’t have to accommodate their schedule I do have a freaking life and I have a job that I have requested to take those two dates off. On second that I get a text that they’re doing this referral stuff where i bring a new patient in we both get some free services for both of us. I mean they treat the new patients like garbage but yet they expect us to promote their business. Get the hell outta here. NEVER AGAIN. I’m glad I found a better dentist

My experience with Doctor Martinez, Christal and the entire staff has always been exceptional. My mother started experiencing a toothache, so I looked up a dentist online and found Dyer Dental. Initially, my mother wanted to have the tooth extracted during the first visit. An appointment was scheduled for the following day (05/30/2024). During this appointment, the dentist thoroughly explained that the problematic tooth could be repaired with a crown, to which my mother consented. The dental staff was both friendly and helpful. They provided us with an estimate of $1450 for the dental service. Regrettably, my mother's medical insurance was unexpectedly terminated before any procedure could take place. The procedure was scheduled for 06/13/2024, however, since her medical insurance had not been reinstated by the appointment date, we planned to pay for the procedure using a credit card. Upon entering the office, we promptly notified the receptionist that our insurance was not reinstated and that we intended to pay by credit card. She immediately handed me a brochure for their membership payment plan and began explaining its benefits. I was taken aback, expecting her to simply request my credit card. It became clear later why she suggested their membership payment plan instead. The receptionist informed me that my mother also required a deep teeth cleaning, which raised the total cost of the procedure to over $2300. When I inquired about the high cost, she explained that the initial estimate had been calculated using my mother's insurance benefits. Although we were ready to pay the initial estimate provided at the first appointment with a credit card, they requested an additional charge on the second appointment date. We politely declined their procedure, requested to cancel the scheduled appointment, and were subsequently charged a $150 cancellation fee. This fee amounts to approximately 10% of the initial estimate provided at the first appointment... We will seek other dentist options. I wanted to share our rather unpleasant experience with Dyer Dental.

My overall experience with Dr.Martinez was amazing, definitely surpassed my expectations! They made my 8yo as comfortable as possible. My daughter who is two enjoyed her experience so much she wanted to stay longer lol! Thank you to Dr.Martinez and his team !
