This is hands down the best dental practice I have ever been to. Julie was my hygienist, and this was my first visit for a cleaning . I honestly can’t say enough about how amazing, professional, and incredibly thorough she was. She made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. The dentist is wonderful as well, and the entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. I am so happy I found this office. My husband is also a patient here, and we both absolutely love it. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

My experience with dental technician Yuli was excellent. She thoroughly explained her procedure before starting and my cleaning treatment went very well and no pain. The best dentist, assistants and staff! I don’t enjoy going to the dentist but it’s a must and no office does it like Fairfax family dental care! The word family in their name is what I feel when I go to them and that’s why I’ve been going for years. They’ve always been so kind, helpful and take the best care of me and my teeth. I really appreciate the hard work and effort put in daily to maintain such a high quality clinic. I’ll always recommend Fairfax family dental care and I’ll be a lifelong patient. I’m very disappointed with my visit with Doctor Kamali. The appointment felt rushed, and the dentist did not take time to explain what was being done or address my concerns. The bedside manner was lacking, and I felt more like a number than a patient. For a healthcare setting, communication and trust are essential, and this office fell short for me. I would not recommend this dental office. My experience felt unprofessional and rushed, with little attention to my concerns. I left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the level of care. I’ll be seeking treatment elsewhere.

I called to come in yesterday because I’ve been a patient here before, but Dr. Kirksey (according to the receptionist, picked the call) and went on telling me to stay with my current provider because it would be “chaotic” if I transferred although I have transferred before to different providers and it has never been an issue. He then kept asking me about all my previous procedures and where they were done and by which doctors which is so unusual because it’s not relevant at all and no other office has ever asked me that before. He then thought he muted himself and then told one of the receptionists that one of the doctors refused to treat me months ago because I was pregnant (but the dentist had told me he couldn’t treat me because it was a molar tooth and referred me to another doctor) even tho my obgyn had given me the green light for treatment. Kirksey then continued to tell me to come on the 24th of December (today) at 8:30AM and I told him I won’t be able to that early due to not being able to find someone to look after my baby and if I could come in some other day and time and he tells me that if I can’t come in today then that means I’m not really in pain and kept forcing 8:30am on me. He then tells me to bring my baby too and I told him I don’t want my baby around unnecessary radiation and then he tells me he won’t be able to provide me services and hung up the phone. Dr. Simanek did great work on my tooth and I would give him 5 stars, but Kirksey is just unprofessional and this review is for him. If he didn’t want to accept me back for treatment, then he could have just told me straight away instead of wasting 28 minutes of my time on the phone.
