Our whole family has been going to Oakton Family Dentistry, and we’ve had a wonderful experience every time. I recently had a crown replacement procedure, and I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of care and service. Dr. Eckhart is very caring, gentle, and highly skilled. She always makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process, which really puts you at ease. The office is also very efficient. As long as you arrive on time, the waiting time is minimal, and they do a great job accommodating your schedule with extended hours. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional—from the front desk to the assistants and, of course, Dr. Eckhart herself. Overall, it’s been an exceptional experience for our family, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area looking for a trustworthy and high-quality dental office.

Always a great visit!! Love the staff at all levels. Super friendly, always able to answer any questions I have. They only recommend the best and never try to push you into something you don’t need or want. I’ve been going there for years and they have always treated me with respect and kindness. My visit at Oakton Family Dentistry was excellent! I saw HanSu for my dental cleaning and she was wonderful and very careful since my teeth and gums are so sensitive. It was a gentle, pain free experience. Afterward, I was seen by Dr Elrayah, a truely kind and very knowledgable dentist who will find the treatment best suited for any problems you may have. She explains everything very carefully and I have full confidence in her ability to care for my dental needs.

My son goes to this dental practices sister company in Gainesville. They were not open but he had a small emergency so they directed us to this office. Dr. Eckhart and assistant Claire is very kind and attentive. They made us feel comfortable to ask questions. They explained everything that was going on and put my high anxiety son at ease. I would definitely recommend this office/practice to everyone. Aside from the doctors being amazing, their office resembles a five star hotel with more than average amenities.

Great experience during my first visit. Staff and nurses are very friendly and explained processes clearly even for some routine tasks. Dr. Lee followed up after reviewing more data with a phone call to discuss the treatment plan further. I am happy to finalize a good plan which can accommodate my tight schedule. Further treatment experience will be assessed further, but based on what I’ve seen so far, I am confident they will continue to be excellent and I would give a rate of 5.
