I would highly advise staying far away from this place. They are unethical and shady. In my experience with being a patient here, I have received numerous quotes that seemed way too high and had to contact my insurance to clarify that what I was being billed was correct. After contacting my insurance and talking to their billing, they then back down and admit that they were wrong with their billing. I recently just received a call 3 months after a procedure for them asking me to pay an additional $230 dollars after $800+ of cavity fillings. I literally paid in full the day I had those cavities filled. Why are you calling me 3 months after to collect even more money? When I asked what this balance was about, they literally could not provide an answer. Simply just said that the amount I was charged on the day of the procedure wasn't the right amount. Stay away from here. The dentists are good at what they do, but if you don't want to be heavily overcharged, do not come here. There are plenty of better dentists in the area. I will never be coming back to this practice

I switched to Oakton Family Dentistry when I moved to the area from Arlington & they do not disappoint. I felt so welcomed when I came to the office and they give a lot of amenities during your appointment like chair massager, blanket, water, headphones and other things. The hygienist & dentist were both understanding of my teeth / gum health which is refreshing! I would recommend to anyone in the area!

Everyone in this practice is so professional, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. They communicate at the highest level with patients and it’s obvious they love their job. I have been a patient since the practice opened and everyone I have referred are as impressed as I am. One of their main objectives is to ensure that the patient is always informed and comfortable. If anyone is nervous about a visit to the dentist and wants the best care possible I would highly recommend Oakton Family Dentistry.

I have been a patient since 2022, had several dentists before and Oakton Family is by far the best. Everyone is so kind, explains things in detail, answers any questions and always makes me feel comfortable. Oral health is so important and if you have any anxiety about going to the dentist they will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable.

My visit today was absolutely amazing! The professionalism and care that I received was incredible! I’m super excited about returning and continuing to receive all of my dental care.
