I recently had a crown replacement procedure, and I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of care and service. Dr. Eckhart is very caring, gentle, and highly skilled. She always makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process, which really puts you at ease. The office is also very efficient. As long as you arrive on time, the waiting time is minimal, and they do a great job accommodating your schedule with extended hours. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional—from the front desk to the assistants and, of course, Dr. Eckhart herself. Overall, it’s been an exceptional experience for our family, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area looking for a trustworthy and high-quality dental office.

I have been a very happy patient of Oakton Family Dentistry for many, many years. I love going to the dentist! Everyone is so nice, and it's a very modern, clean, and comfortable place to be. Dr. Elhady is gentle and knowledgeable. Diem and Kelly Jo, my hygienists these days, are absolutely fantastic, and I always look forward to seeing them for a cleaning! Had my first visit here yesterday and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Olivia was incredibly thorough with the cleaning and X-rays, and she constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and asked if there was anything I needed. She made the whole process feel very easy and comfortable. Dr. Lee was also very kind and professional. He carefully checked my teeth, gave helpful suggestions, and made sure to answer any questions I had. The entire staff was welcoming and caring. The office itself was super comfortable too they even had massage chairs and heating, which made the visit much more relaxing than I expected. I also received a welcome gift as a first-time patient, which was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, they truly took great care of me and made what could have been a stressful dental visit into a very positive experience. Highly recommend!

Always a great visit!! Love the staff at all levels. Super friendly, always able to answer any questions I have. They only recommend the best and never try to push you into something you don’t need or want. I’ve been going there for years and they have always treated me with respect and kindness. I highly recommend them and even send my own clients to them for all their dental needs. If you’re looking for a new dentist you’ve come to the right spot!!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office, hands down. Diem did my cleaning and she was amazing - so gentle but still so thorough. She also really listened to me during my intake and communicated all of my concerns to the doctor so we could put together an action plan. There are so many thoughtful touches that show how much the staff care about patient experience (heated massage chairs! Blankets! Welcome gift on your first visit!), I was really impressed. I’m so glad found Oakton Family Dentistry.
