Dr. Butt is amazing!! I’m so glad we found this dentist. She treated my daughter who has high anxiety with compassion and understanding. The whole staff there was friendly, office is clean and organized. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Butt!!

They were very sensitive to my needs and even put me in an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction that went amazingly great! Love my new Dental office and Dr. Butt and Dr. Lucy are the best!! Looking forward to following through with their recommended dental plan for me!

It this practice isn’t the “Gold Standard” for family dentistry in Frederick, or anywhere else for that matter, I don’t know what is. Almost as soon as I walked in the door, I noticed the friendly and relaxed “vibe,” something that isn’t always there in the clinical environment of a medical/dental office. It was very clear for the entire time I was there that everyone was dedicated to making me feel welcome and valued, both as a person and as a patient. I don’t have dental insurance but Deanna, the front desk person, as well as being very friendly, efficient and professional, offered me several options to help make things a little easier on my wallet, both for that day’s basic visit and for future work that I’ll need to have done (and BTW, their pricing structure is quite reasonable). My hygienist, Aubrey, very talkative, very gentle, and took her time with me, asking me several times how I was doing, especially during the (slightly) unpleasant parts of the cleaning. And, of course, Dr. Sana. Consummate, professional, but also very cordial and approachable. Clearly and concisely answered the few questions I had. She found a couple problems that need some future attention, but I appreciated that she didn’t pressure me into thinking I had to do something about them right away, instead honestly explaining that they were relatively minor at this time but that I should take care of them as soon as possible, before they get worse. All in all, a very positive experience, from beginning to end. I can’t say enough good things about this practice, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for competent, compassionate dental care.

Sana Butt is excellent. The staff is awesome. Had major work done on one of my molars and they all kept me laughing throughout the entire ordeal - which was a God send. Thank to all of you.

I’ve been a patient with Gilbart Dental for years now and every experience i’ve had is lovely. I’ve had many dental technicians throughout the years and all of them have been so kind and gentle on my teeth while getting them very clean. All the doctors are also so kind, highly recommend!
